My son want on the app he was so happy we ordered a pizza. He got a notification that the food was ready and were told that we had to wait 4 min after another 12 min the same lady how looked not good for the job
5 min later another lady ask name my son tell se looked and said we gave it to some else, it had first and last name we are going home now. Do not go unless you want someone to take your food.

The service here has gone down hill big time lately. This past visit I ordered over an hour and a half ahead of time to make sure it would be ready by 3:30pm. I got here a little after 3:40pm and they were just starting to make my order. I asked if they could cancel it because I cannot be late for work and one girl gave me the “I just got here” excuse so I asked the manager and he quoted me half the time the girl did. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars that would be my choice. This store is by far the worst location I’ve ever dealt with if it isn’t one thing it’s another. I ordered food for delivery and payed for it with card on the app . Now I waited for the tracker to provide information on an eta for arrival . The system kept saying the driver was in the neighborhood and that was false . So I decided to call the store and of course I’m put on hold for 15+ minutes just for someone to answer and hang up the phone . I then called again for another 20+ minutes on hold just for someone to answer hear what I have to say which is regarding a update on my purchase I’m speaking calmly too , then I’m put back on hold for another 15 minutes . I then decided to replace another order for delivery this time paying cash just so that I can explain to this driver that I already bought the food and no one deliver it but her hands was tied and said to call the store to speak with a manager name Noah as if I haven’t waited for my food the last hour and a half + . Food purchased at 5:57pm that driver came at 8:15 . Overall my frustration is simply for the fact that I purchased something and never received it and the amount of time I waited and called for it .

Typically this location makes the food well. I have had a couple bad experiences but tonight Andrew and team had made our order well. I asked for square cut and it was actually cut SQUARE. Haha also he read the ticket well and included the pepper and seasoning packets.

If you want your pizza in timely manner I would suggest to go pick it up because apparently Domino's motto is no longer 30 mins it's more like an hour or two hours before you get your food. Don't tell your customers that the driver is on the way and an hour later they show up. Your customer service sucks. No one called to ask if we want to come pick our order nor can you get anyone to answer the phone.

I ordered a pizza and wanted mushrooms. They make the pizza I pick up the pizza get to my car. Look at it no mushrooms go back in. She’s talking to the man. He said they didn’t have mushrooms. If they see my order slip it had mushrooms. They should inform me that when I got there, they wait till I left with the pizza. I called another Domino’s and they said they had mushrooms the one on Mount Zion in that plaza. They are a total lie. They liars too many people working in air. I don’t nobody know nothing. I wish I could get this place a zero stars
