Me and my nephew were looking for a place to eat and we are so glad we found this gem. It was very clean, food was very fresh and tasty, and we even got to pick our own show on Netflix to watch while eating it was so good. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back .

We had the pollo Tlayuda with a side of black bean frijoles - they were delicious! I wish I had taken a photo. This is not your typical American Mexican place. The food is fresh, authentic & made to order. Service was friendly with lots of smiles. We were craving Mexican and found this little El Salvadoran/Mexican gem. So glad we did! We’ll be back😊!

My wife and I wanted to experience Mexican food from another restaurant other than our usual outings. We're very pleased with our choice to check out ElMixteco. We were welcomed and serviced immediately, very cleaned and authentic Mexican aesthetics. The food was delicious, we ordered the arroz con frijoles, tlayuda, asada tacos and a nachos supremos. We're definitely going back...five Stars and a big Mucho Bueno!

I don’t eat meat, so there wasn’t really any options for me. I had a “so called” veggie birria taco. The cheese wasn’t melted (too much cheese), and the dipping sauce had pork fat (I believe) along with beef strips; even tho I specifically stated no meat at all! The sauce from the sauce bar was spoiled, and that ruined any little flavor I was hoping to add to my food using the sauce. Everything went to waste! The atmosphere and service were great tho.
Authentic Mexican Food , Tortillas are handmade Maiz ! Must try Tlayudas ,Oaxaca Cheese is imported from Oaxaca , Mexico taste delicous . Little wait for food but defintely worth it for a Fresh Made Meal. Will be Back !
