I’m writing this review in hopes to improve the quality of the beverages and not hurt the business because I see the potential but ultimately for the price, the quality does not match. I ordered the Thai and Crème Brulee Dirty Boba, and they both tasted the same— just milky. The sweetness was set at default but even still we should be able to taste the ingredients of the beverage. I will give this place one more chance because unfortunately it’s starting to feel like every shop, whether it be another boba or coffee shop in the area, the drink will taste different even though you order it the same way or maybe it’s because I’m coming from California where the level of expectation is just higher no matter if you’re in the city or 1 hour away from the city.

I was excited to try the mango fantasy because it’s usually what I order everywhere I go but I was flabbergasted to taste yogurt on the bottom of the drink instead of coconut cream like they advertised. Also I was looking forward to the sago (like they described in the drink and photo) but ended up with crystal boba. Like what? this is very misleading. Do better.

The teas taste great and staff are very friendly. Has a modern vibe. Comfortable seating, indoors and out. Wifi and power available. Lots of noise from the kitchen, so working from here could be a challenge. They wanted to charge me $5.25 for a regular 16oz hot coffee! My conscience wouldn't allow me to pay SO much so I had to ask them to remove it from my order. I'll have to save my pennies before our next visit.

Surprisingly, it's a very busy spot, a bit noisy. The layout is weird and seating congested. The service is just okay. That's why they loose a star. It earned 4 stars because the taro tasted better than most places, and boboa pearls stayed chewy throughout the drink. Only offer one size drink. I wish they had more food and snack options. It look like they only cheesecake

Feng Cha is a great bubble tea spot! The drinks are tasty, the prices are reasonable, and the shop is very clean both inside and out. I really liked the spacious and well-designed interior — it’s a comfortable place to hang out or get some work done. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a bubble tea fan!

The quality of the matcha went down significantly. It tasted like water and ice. I use to come here almost everyday. Such a shame. The customer service was great though.
