Even though there’s plenty of boba places near me they almost never make the tapioca pearls chewy there always hard and terrible to chew and there always inconsistent with there flavors that’s why I always come to Feng Cha there tapioca pearls are always chewy and there chai boba is the best good customer service and boba 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

I’m writing this review in hopes to improve the quality of the beverages and not hurt the business because I see the potential but ultimately for the price, the quality does not match. I ordered the Thai and Crème Brulee Dirty Boba, and they both tasted the same— just milky. The sweetness was set at default but even still we should be able to taste the ingredients of the beverage.
