Iltrained i tried entering one day but realised when i pulled on the doir someone from the inside was pulling the door away from me..I think the proper thing to do was to acknkledge your custimer and explain that you were not open for business ...but thats just me.

The oxtails were a 7/10. They needed more seasoning but weren't bad overall. However, was it worth $25? Absolutely not! I honestly think there should be a lunch special or cheaper options available. I ended up spending $33 on lunch, and I probably won't visit again.

I’ve been to several Golden Krust restaurants and this one needs a little help. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas and oxtail gravy. My first disappointment was the price difference it was higher than the other Golden Krust prices. I ordered the small jerk the small is the price of the large at other Golden Krust. I was hungry so I was willing to pay the price. When I saw her pour the oxtail gravy over my rice and it was watery I knew I had messed up but it was too late I felt bad to cancel my order. They need to send their people to train at the Old National location their food is worth the travel.

I go here for lunch maybe twice out of the week sometime more all depends.The customer service is not on point sometimes you get a welcoming vibe/greeting and sometimes you don’t today was one of those days among other days that I didn’t. The food portions are Rationed out I'm a man that likes to eat and don’t mind spending money if it’s worth it. The food is good for the most part that’s what kept me coming back but this location needs more training that’s just my opinion based on my experience so you can read this and do better or read it and get offended.

The food here is amazing! They gave you a nice size portions and everything always tastes really fresh. The pineapple ginger juice is a MUST!

No attitude, I love it. This beats all odds.

Staff was kind and welcoming. Very accommodating. Answered questions w pleasure. Smelled pleasant. Clean environment. Def try them out!

I go here for my usual vegetarian meal and sometimes a veggie patty, but today I got my usual order for in the car to eat the patty and it was meat even though the bag says vegetarian and I said veggie patty. So I turn around and they took the patty back but didn’t extend an apology for the inconvenience, mind you I have not been eaten meat for at least a month now so I can cleanse my body. Then the veggie patties were burnt. So I called my bank to refunded my payment. It’s unacceptable. Not to mention the AC gives out every other week so sometimes you are standing in a hot restaurant.

Char Gave me great customer service.I went in there right before they closed - 40 minutes. The food was lukewarm but still good. Get her some air in their she is working hard lol

At 7p, they are no longer serving pattys? The 2nd time I've come here and during normal business hours, menu items are not available...

The food was really good. My only complaint was there were only 3 wings left and the server would only sell them to me if I bought a combo meal.

The best golden Krust hands down. They have my fave tofu dish and it's always delicious. Great service too!

Food is always great

I bought a red peas soup,high price .The soup was thick ,mushy it came from the bottom of the pot.No food was in it and it did not taste good.After tasting it I dump it in the garbage.It taste like soup cook from previous days.The only good thing is that a young man that was serving was doing a great job .He just serve what they gave him.
