I always have a great experience every time I visit Gong Cha! The drinks are consistently delicious, especially the classic milk tea and brown sugar series — perfectly balanced, just the right sweetness, and always refreshing.

I decided to return to gongcha to get some drinks after a horrifying experience with a piece of hair in my last drink. The drinks I ordered was excessively sweet. One of the workers, Jennie, failed to ask me about my preferred sweetness level. I had specifically requested 50% sweetness, but she insisted on giving me 100%. It was a complete disaster.

We are frequent patrons of gongcha! We love the caramel milk tea and strawberry green milk tea. I would not recommend the dragonfruit milk tea. It tastes like soapy milk (an acquired taste). Otherwise, they are great!

I have never bought such an expensive cup of Thai tea. They charged me an extra 1.50 cents for the tapioca pearls. The total cost of my Thai tea was 8.91 cents..i didn’t request double pearls .i still have a receipt and my daughter drink it ,she got 3time for go to restroom

When I was craving bubble tea right before the hurricane, the stores were closing early. My favorite location (at the time) ran out of boba. I generally settle for lychee but not that night. I went down the street and decided to try Gong Cha. To my surprise, they were; 1) open; 2) offered more toppings including smaller bobas specifically; 3) great flavors; and 4) bubble waffle. 🫧 🧇🧋 This has become my favorite spot. I've been back at least for times!! Highly recommend! We've tried all three bubble waffle flavors - matcha, original, and chocolate. All are yummy!!
