They did not want to give me a free cookie for my birthday, I went on two different occasions with the coupon from my email. If you're a franchise , you should honor the coupon they sent out for birthdays.

Do not visit this place, stay away and spend your money somewhere where you will be treated with respect, The customer service is trash they have a very nasty attitude. I asked for some water the girl put it on the counter Way down at the other end Of the Counter while I waited at the register to pay and walked off I asked her how much she walked away becauseShe was on the phone talking And cursing like crazy

The customer service here is absolutely garbage. I will never go here again. I stood there for several seconds and no one behind the counter acknowledged me. They treated me as if I was apart of the cookie display. They didn't have any customers at all, so it was no excuse. The girl that finally got off of her behind, once I said something to her. She had a nasty stank attitude and poor customer service. I went to the location in Stockbridge. I was greeted with a smile and the environment was inviting. The young lady had excellent customer service. The SouthLake location needs to drive over there and take notes on how to treat customers.

I come here EVERYDAY sometimes multiple times a day for ice. The girl Sierra L with the glasses is always rude. ALWAYS! I think because they are privately owned she believes she can be rude always rolling her eyes and acting like she doesn't want to serve me. I'm NEVER rude to them so idk why they are never friendly . Us as black ppl have to stop patronizing these businesses that don't appreciate our money no matter how small or big we may spend . They don't appreciate it at all . That will be my last time ever coming there

The girl who was working the brunette, she wore glasses. Very strange non friendly person once she saw us coming she tried to hide, flies are landing on everything, I came for a cheesecake brownie but they didn't look fresh at all, she didn't seem like she wanted to help even when I pointed out flies were landing on the cookies and brownies she shrugged like she didn't care because she didn't care, so we left.

The lady with glasses was hiding as if she didn't want to sell anything. She was rude and didn't want to speak. The brownies and cookies had flies on them and they were dry looking as well. Bad service and unsanitary. I didn't buy from there and never will especially if she's taking orders as she clearly doesn't want to work there or deal with anyone.

There was a fly flying around and touching all the cookies. I told the girl and she barely made an effort to get rid of it and didn’t remove ANY of the cookies she clearly saw the fly landed on. Disgusting. Do not eat these cookies unless you want to get sick. Please just go to the auntie Anne’s across the way
My family and I went to the mall this past Saturday. We stopped at the great American cookies To get a few things to possibly place a pre-order for a birthday cookie cake. V young lady, that was there was very rude. She was on her phone the entire time and hardly looked up to speak to us when we ask questions. She replied very rudely, as if she was aggravated. I called the store and spoke with the manager, and they told me basically there Was nothing they could do for me because I didn’t purchase anything I replied by saying, I didn’t want to purchase anything because of the way the person was acting. Overall, I will never come back to this location and I suggest no one else does either. I’ve never had an interaction like this at any great American cookies so I’ll make sure I’ll go to the Other locations.

I am not sure if only this location changed their recipe for the cheesecake brownie. The cheesecake brownie looked like a cheesecake cookie instead. The cheesecake was thin and the bottom was made with chocolate chip cookie dough instead of brownie. I wish I had paid more attention before paying for it. I will not be returning and don’t recommend.
