Lady truck driver and I ordered food because my truck was being repaired at US Xpress Ellenwood shop. This food was excellent! Taste was amazing very clean..🎉 🙌🏾🎉

BEWARE !!!!!! IF ORDERING ONLINE DO NOT TIP THEN!! Food was good. Talking to driver - who was very nice. - I said said I didn’t see his tip on the charge slip and I knew I added it. I commented that I wanted to give a little more than the 25 percent. He said oh no - if you tip online it doesn’t go to the driver. Sounded odd but I added $10 to my actual charge slip and told and showed the driver so he knew to get it. Upon receipt inspection later on, my original tip showed up as “service charge”. I read a few reviews just now that no your doesn’t go to the drivers. What a freakin scam!!! So I now tipped twice and the first one was money in the company that runs their online ordering’s pocket. BS!!! The food was actually pretty good. Ordering Chinese while traveling is usually a crap shoot so finding good delivery is usually a place I’d go back to, but not this place unfortunately. That bad tipping practice lost them repeat business.

Do not add your tip online, these do not go to the people who deliver. This is the 3rd tinme I have been told that the tips go to the comany that runs the website so I have had to tip twice for the food. Their food is fine but I do not like to be defrauded and it's terrible to treat their drivers like that.
