The absolute WORST service i experienced in life. I order my food through their online order carrier clover. I go to pick up my food 30 minutes later and when i get there nothing is made. Mind you I’m on my lunch break at work. So i have to show them my receipt because they claim they didn’t receive anything. They made me feel like i was lying even though i showed my emailed receipt. I get my food go back to work late just to find out they gave me the wrong food. So now I’m extremely late back to work and i have to drive 12 minutes back to this store in the mall to have them remake it. They told me no at first which is crazy because i showed my receipt but then eventually remade my correct order. I asked for a complimentary drink for the inconvenience and he charged me $2.70 which i declined. This time receiving my order i made sure to check the actual inside of my wrap to insure it was correct. I will NEVER go to this location EVER again. Maybe they should get advice from their Lenox and Perimeter locations on how to run an effective restaurant and take care of the customers that’s keeping it running. As well as a little bit of politeness. Go to ANY other store in the mall but this one!!!!!

The food is disgusting. They food is not worth money. I brought a gyro and it was more lettuces, sauce than meat. Poor service

First and foremost, the attitude of the two men working was terrible. He made the wrong order and told me I was wrong. After rolling his eyes and throwing the two wrong wraps on the table, they proceeded to make the correct wraps. We only ate the fries because the gyro meat tasted dry and old. This was at 11:00 am so it was clearly from previous day. We definitely won’t be back

I ordered bacon cheddar ranch fries and when I got my food it look like I was eating bacon cheddar ranch soup she completely over did it with the cheese I couldn’t even finish I will not be returning

If you aren't going to cook the wings properly, take them off of the menu. They do not taste fresh at all. Fries tasted horrible as well. You can start with changing the grease more often. Take pride in your product and stop being content because you have guaranteed traffic. My daughter had the Philly and she said it was ok. I don't recommend this place.

This has been my spot for years! I stop by the mall every now and then and always get the Philly cheesesteak or the Sante fe wrap! Guys there know how to make a great wrap and super nice! Always go the extra mile and are quick!

I hope this is referring to the one in Southlake. For starters the wings were DISGUSTING. They came of of a bucket and were flash fried and they tasted and smelled like the were starting to turn. The same with the gyro meat. Gross. Then at checkout they tried to charge me 3 dollars for a medium drink! I spent 17 dollars on MALL FOOD and I threw 2/3 of it away. Do NOT eat here.
