The service here is great but they must work on their iced coffee / drinks and how much ice they put on these cups. My coffee was gone so quick, didn’t realize how much ice they actually put in one cup, have to say I need more coffee than ice. I support my locals but please keep this in mind.

We ordered from a kiosk and our food was quickly prepared, so there wasn't much interaction with the staff. There were multiple sandwich options (customization), as many bahn mi shops don't usually offer options. The sandwiches were nicely toasted but they lack the protein to bread ratio.

Unable to secure the pastries. There's a lot of banh mi, but it's a delicious dish, I'm afraid to throw it away, because the vegetables are sour, the meat is not old, the price is too much.

I always patronize this place. It's either a hit or miss. When I place my order, they will sometimes get it right and sometimes miss the order notes and still do it how they want 🤣.

Very disappointed! Tried the Bubba drink last time, no good. The number 5 sandwich, terrible! We won't be back. I wish I could add a picture

This place is delightful! Simple esthetic with delicious food. The Vietnamese coffee was great as were the bao buns. Workers were friendly and seemed happy!

Every day I go out to buy bread for my child because he is a special child who doesn't know what to eat besides bread. Every time my husband or I go shopping, we order other things, not just bread. .Today I called to order 5 elephant egg sandwiches and 10 banh mi ko, then I ordered 1 more banh mi vegetarian when the skin arrived. When I came to pick it up, it was there. The lady who was making the bread said she gave it to someone else by mistake. I said OK. Waiting to make it again for me. But when I was paying, I asked if the bread was mine. The answer was no, I would have it again. I was so angry that I said I wouldn't buy it anymore. Then the bread maker said to me. And the person who took your order didn't treat customers, but now they'll treat other customers. If you're the owner and you look down on customers like that, then when your business day comes, no one will come anymore, Miss. It's true that there are no customers today. There are other customers. There is no Miss's store, but there are other stores to buy from. 1thang Minh also bought $300 worth of bread here. I just calculated it roughly.

The food was good until I found hair in my sandwich. I tried calling to let them know and grant it it was a holiday the lady that answered didn't care to listen. She kept saying they were closed never trying to resolve the issue.

First timers there bc we were trying a different shop other than "BOBA Theory". BIGGEST MISTAKE, we were not greeted, card declined [admittedly, we didn’t see the sign - that’s on us] however they still made the drinks and waited for us to pay … despite seeing that we had no way to pay.

Tiny place with a small selection of food - mostly banh mi and other snacks. I went for lunch and got grilled pork banh mi and taro milk tea with boba. Taro milk tea was fresh and delicious and not too sweet, I really liked it. The banh mi was good, but very oily…I was not a fan of that..
