Excellent service every time! I have been going to this IHOP since it opened. My go-to is pancake combo. The food has always come out hot, fast, and tasty. The service beats the socks off its next door competitor.

I went here earlier today for breakfast. I picked the Breakfast Sampler. I mean as always, the wait really wasn't to bad....I'd say about a good 30 minute wait. While sitting and noticed a variety of people that were still coming in with a group of people. Once I got the message my table was ready. I went, where I was taken to my table. The staff was definitely courteous and very organized not only with me, but other people there. Once my meal came 😋 I just enjoyed it totally. This is a nice location to grab yourself a nice breakfast 😋 lunch 😋 and dinner 🍽 Mmmmmmmmmm.
Ok I enter with a family of 7 and right as we got in, the tables were not clean so then we switched to a different one and the service is horrendous we waited almost 30 minutes for a appetizer which is crazy and 1 hour and 30 for the food our waiter took more longer that even the new customers got the food more faster than us! How crazy is that so we got our food and then OUR FOOD WAS COLD Mash potatoes came very cold the t bone we ordered was raw when we asked "well done" and another 30 mins took to bring them warm again to be honest this restaurant needs a reality check asap it's always at night. When it's morning it's alright ig but these employees who work at night needs to wake up IHOP WAKE UP!

The restaurant is very clean, but the tables condiments are not properly stocked, we waited 45 minutes to be served part of our meal which was cold pancakes and lukewarm breakfast samplers. I believe in tipping but did not tip this service and will not be back.

Food was quick, fresh and delicious but service was terrible. It seems you only get good service if you are Hispanic. Our waitress seemed like she didn’t speak much English until it was time for us to pay, and she told us to pay with her, and not at the register or on the app like the receipt says. The only time she was somewhat present. She wanted payment before we ever got the boxes that we been asked for (we ended up leaving it all) we were rushed while ordering, she just kept asking, is that all, is that all, kept cutting us off. It seemed like we were ordering in a McDonald’s drive thru. She took our drink order and we had to give her the food order at the same time, idk why. So we went 15 minutes without drinks, I’m guessing bc she put in the food order first, totally backwards. Our food was brought out one by one instead of as an entire table. It seems every veteran or black person that was sat upset the server. I tipped 22% ( I shouldn’t have) food was delicious but that was enough for me not to return.

Weekends night service it's joke nobody go to my table. Instead waiter it's behind the host station holding hands with another employee talking and laughing been there seating about 20 min stand up and leave

An exemplary IHOP visit. We arrived at a bringing full parking lot and expected to have quite a wait. Surprisingly we were seated in less than 5 minutes. Coffee followed immediately after. My country fried steak and gravy was delicious, crispy and crunchy and full of flavor.

Walk in, no one at the front to service us. One lady cleaning up and ask us to wait. Only to hear workers laughing and talking in the back. We waited and waited. When no one came. We sat down and after several minutes the waiter walked up, gave us a menu and walked away. Unacceptable behavior and service. I am a business owner myself. Do not write reviews. But the service was so poor I had to say something. Went across to Cracker Barrel when I love ihop
