i came in and they are always welcoming they greet you the moment you step in the door keveshia was so sweet i was having a rough day until i have spoken to her this isnt therapy but i just wanted to say thank you for listening keveshia while you fixed the few subs for me you never know what people are going through so i thank you for the great hands you have for preparing me and my husbands sandwich we just moved down here and i just wanted to say thank you again keep up the good work you never know who is who

Came in I was greeted by welcome in how are you then I proceeded to the slicer and some heavyset lady with lashes and dreads had an Attitude then a young lady with bright orange hair weave made my Philly wrong and she had a attitude like I was wrong I just came to get a couple a subs not the attitude and subs overall Avery checked me out Lynn fixed me up the blt with the cpr sauce they have but I will give them a try again thanks to Lynn and Avery keep up the good work and work with the employees with those tempers

My first experience here was pleasant I was told that I could sign up with the app and receive points towards a sub I got the number 8 club sub the young lady Lynn was very nice and welcoming kalvesha thank you for a wonderful experience I will be back to this location and thank you to the manager Avery you 2 are and where fantastic

Service is very slow but the staff is doing their best. They need help. Management is poor.
The health department needs to make a visit because it’s not clean in here.
I visited Jersey Mike’s around 8:00 PM on a Sunday; the store closes at 9:00 PM. Upon entering, I was greeted and asked if I was ready to order. I explained that it was my first time and that I needed a moment, which the initial server handled politely and professionally.
However, after asking a question about sub sizes for clarity, another team member walked toward the back, rolled her eyes, and mocking what I had asked to a coworker instead of explaining the options. This behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I mentioned that I don’t eat ham, and asked about possible substitutions for the same other meats on the sub, that same employee refused to offer alternatives and continued interrupting the server who was assisting me.
The server taking my order appeared genuinely surprised by her coworker’s behavior. The damage from the back proceeded to interject and state that management does not allow substitutions for any type of sub. Even after I offered to pay extra, the employee continued cutting in to shut the conversation down rather than allowing the server to finish assisting me. I asked why it was not listed anywhere on the signs or in the store banners, and she said she wasn’t sure.
Because of the poor attitude and lack of customer service, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. While one team member was courteous, the overall experience was frustrating and left a negative impression. If I ever chose to come back I will proceed to call or order online because this was a terrible way to handle someone.

One of the workers in the Morrow location is not very sanitary. He will put on gloves, then, touch the register, phone and other items and then turn around and touch your food without washing his hands or putting on new gloves. I have been there twice and seen the same guy do that. I will not be returning to this location.

Best experience at a Jersey Mikes I have ever had. Everyone of the associates was awesome. The food was excellent and they all looked and acted like they were happy to be there. I will definitely be back next time I am in town.
