I recently visited the new Jersey Mike’s in Morrow, GA, and had an absolutely amazing experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, with a clear sense of teamwork and a shared drive to deliver excellent service. I ordered a mini #7 (turkey and provolone), and I loved how neatly my sandwich was made—attention to detail like that really stood out. I’m already looking forward to going back, not only for the delicious food but for the fantastic vibes. Highly recommend!

The staff here is absolutely AMAZING! They are always friendly, and if the bread from my online order is unavailable, they take the time to call me in advance to offer other options. I'm here every week, and I truly appreciate every employee and their manager!

I don't want to give this place any stars. This is a rude and disrespectful store. I have had great experience at all the other stores except this one. Every time our office order there which is once a week it is a problem, how hard is it to make a sandwich, and if you call the manager and the staff are rude. We will not be ordering again.

I LOVE Jersey Mike's sub.. I eat here at least once a week.. I tried calling to ask a simple question at the Morrow location and they are just RUDE RUDE RUDE... Put me on hold for 10 minutes or better didn't even come back to the phone and then I got a supervisor run around..

This was my first visit to the Morriw location. The customer service was top tier. Every single person was nice. The crew interacted very well. I came at a busy time and though my order took longer, the food was sooooooooo amazing, it was worth the wait!!! Thanks for an amazing experience. To management not sure how that crew can be recognized, but it is VERY RARE you go somewhere and get good food and customer service! Order placed 8/15/2024 for 1:17 pickup. Literally everyone was really good. Haven't seen much like it! Will return!

Staff had the greatest personality and customer service. There was a customer who didn't know what he was doing and acted like it was staff's fault he didn't know how to order a sandwich. Everybody kept their composure and wound up getting the guy what he wanted with nothing but smiles and kind words. Jersey Mike's never disappoints!!

Slowest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. It's like everyone was asleep at the wheel at 1pm on a Sunday. They were confused about my order and asked me several times what I had ordered and they still messed it up and had to remake everything? I guess someone else got my order? Unclear.

My second time there and everyone is very friendly. I tried a sandwich in a bowl, a number 9 Mike's way, it was absolutely delicious. I definitely will be back

To whom it may concern I have live in this county a long time and welcome new restaurants. Your establishment here in the Morrow location is poorly managed and the employees have no since of urgency when it comes to customers. Poor attitudes, orders mixed up and just an over all poor experience the past few times I have been to where I just walk out. I'm trying to give your establishment the benefit of the doubt but someone needs to handle the customer service.

the service here is incredibly slow. it doesn't matter if you order on the app or inside. the food itself is mostly like any other jersey mikes given it's a chain but the portion of meat is definitely skimpy compared to other locations. if you have time to throw away, THIS is your location to go to.
