This place is awesome! Such a great atmosphere and the staff is so welcoming. My food was spot on. Shared a few laughs and even discovered we had something in common, like the name Johnathan. Even if it was spelled wrong lol.

The food was good! The service is a bit slow. Not the most welcoming crew but I came for a sandwich. Black male with afro seemed to work there but must have been off the clock had a foul mouth especially considering he had children with him. Idk. Too inconvenient to come back , no parking at all.

I had an outstanding experience at Jersey Mike’s in Morrow. Thanks to a gentleman named Mr. Dailey. Avery helped me sign up for the Jersey Mike’s apps where I can earn points and benefits. He was kind generous.& professional. The store was clean and my The food was amazing

When this location first opened it was perfect but since being open a few years the quality has taken a bit of a nose dive. It's still a good location to get great sandwiches ESPECIALLY if you have the pleasure of my man Abery/Avery(can't remember)making it. He's hard working, very respectful & considerate and I gotta mention he's without a doubt the BEST sandwich maker you'll find at any location. He's the main reason I'm giving this morrow location 4 stars. Keep up the good work Abery/Avery

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich spot - so my expectations are always high. This experience was different and it’s because I encountered Ladasia. She represented JM like it was her company. She was very patient with me from the beginning until the end of our transaction. She never made a face nor did she sigh when I asked for my condiments on the side. She understood I was eating my sandwich for lunch the next day and she accommodated the request. She smiled and interacted throughout the process of preparing my meal. AND my sandwich was delicious!!!
She is a true asset to your brand. Thanks Ladasia!!! I appreciate your kindness.

I love there fresh hand-crafted sandwiches. The meats are sliced fresh right in front of you. You can't go wrong with any sandwich whether it a cold sandwich or a hot cheesesteak sandwich. Staff was also friendly.

Came in at 2030 on 16 August. The music was concert level. Hard to take my order over that. For a place that is making sandwiches you need to be able to communicate without shouting over music. Nobody seemed interested in turning what should be background music down so people could hear. I left and went to Subway. It was quiet and quick.
