First. Time trying the chicken and waffle. And oh my God I took the bite of the waffle and is the best waffle. And, I don't know if it's because i'm in georgia but the chicken tastes good. I'm trying to shrink my back. And they are not helping. This is so good

Worst service of all KFC branches I've visited. I was waiting 30 minutes for my order that I ordered from the screen and I had to get up and ask a worker for my order. The worker asked me what I had ordered and they began to prepare it from that moment and I had to wait even longer. There is no organization, they are not responsible and they are unhygienic

The cashier was nice but the chicken was very fatty underneath the pretty crispy skin.
Never had a problem at this location picking up food before but for some reason today they missed the item and I was told to drive around again even though I had already drove around to tell them that they was missing the item which took a total of 50 minutes and It was on lunch break 🤦🏾♂️ - and it was on lunch rush - so I didn't get to eat I had to clock back in and eat as I went - needless to say this is the type of service that makes people not come back to your establishments again 👀

I went to this location ordered two Nashville hot bowls and a biscuit to get home and comfy to realize I didn’t have my biscuit ( main reason I ordered the bowl) went back to get my biscuit, return home to realize my loaded fry bowl didn’t have any pickles on it (a pickle lover would understand my hurt) so I had to put my own pickles in my bowl. I was so disappointed with my order but customer service was great!
