Ordered online showed up to pickup the order and was told wait 10 minutes. I left came back 20 mins later and was told wait 7 minutes. Ended to waiting AN HOUR for 8 pieces of chicken. Get home the skins soggy, and the chicken isn’t properly coated. There’s something wrong with those kids in there. Such a disgrace. 🤦🏽♂️ I need my money back. I’ll go to the location in Forest Park from here on out.

The experience was horrible. Apparently expecting customer service is unacceptable when they're busy. It made me feel as though I was bothering them because I wanted to place an order... and it was with the manager no less!

Today Been trying to call this KFC for over a hr no one is answering the phone. Order 2 pot pies and a kids meal. The pot pies is super hard and filled with potatoes. The veggies are hard and both pies are filled with chicken bones. It’s extremely dried inside the pie no moisture what so ever no fillings. Pretty much a dry mash potatoes pie with bones in it. Not edible. Also the chicken smells funny. I would like to speak with someone but no one is answering. I will report this place because someone needs to check to ensure it’s up to code. Stay away if you can I will be throwing all this food away. Atleast I was hoping to get my refund.

Put hair in my chicken and drink cup. The black and white guy speaking some gibberish I could not understand I knew something was wrong so I checked my food. In my cup was curly black hair (black guys) in my chicken was brownish blonde hair (white guys). People will do anything to be cool. Cook your own food everyone here is too emotional to be professional.
