They always have an attitude, everyone here hates their job, they rarely get the order right and get mad you for them getting it wrong. SMH

The worker in the front the late night manager with a puff ponytail who worked on 9/2/2025 was very rude and not wanting to sell anything restaurant was extremely filthy and gross workers had an attitude and when I asked about my kfc bowl having no corn or barely any chicken but lots of gravy she said that’s all the stuff they have left they waiting on a truck instead of not selling an item they need more management training and cleanliness will be contacting code enforcement and filing a complaint with the better business bureau in the morning they need to be shut down

I can see why the ratings are so low. Shorted me almost half my food. No tea no lemonade. Food was greasy and disgusting with the breading being so greasy it fell off and they just threw it in the box with no skin. Worst part just last week a diff location shorted me an item costing 21 bucks by itself.

On 8/12/2025 The kiosk lost our order. The manager asked did we pay because they couldn’t find our order. We showed our receipt at least 4 times proving that we paid. Instead of the manger fixing the order right away. The African American manager just kept on taking care of the other guest instead of trying to fix the guest in front of her with an issue. Instead we waited another 23 minutes waiting for them to fix our order. While watching each customer after us get their orders with ease. Once the manager decided to finally get to fixing our order they ran out of the 6 piece hot& spicy wing so they gave us a mix hot and mild. My wife’s food was perfect. The manager never once accommodated nothing for the whole ordeal. The manager never once showed empathy for the kiosk loosing our order, waiting longer than normal wait time. I’m in the hospitality business and this was by far the worst experience ever

The items I wanted, to get a discount, you had to go through their app, which wasn't working. The clerk tried getting help from corporate, which took forever. It took me nearly 45 minutes to get my order. Got home and the food was a little salty

I would not recommend this establishment, I asked for a receipt and they had to print out every receipt from the day just to find mines, and they had an attitude because I asked for one, to ratchet for me.

I would like to give Ms. Tasha (I think that's her name) a HUGE shoutout! I placed a large order for my office staff and she was able to accommodate me at the last minute. ALL the food was fresh and hot!! She worked so hard bagging up my order while help her coworkers with drive-thru, and she was still taking orders in the front. Ms. Tasha, you did a phenomenal job and I extend a heartfelt THANK YOU for accommodating me. I will definitely return to this location again!!

Very bad experience, I went with my family to eat in the dining room and we have waited for more than 30 minutes and they did not attend to my order, according to them, they ran out of chicken and it was just going to arrive, unfortunately I had already made the payment in the automatic machine

Sat here for 30 minutes and no food. It is mid-day with very little customers and everyone in line had to pull to the side. Terrible management of staffing. Seems to have been one person working the inside and drive thru
