King Claw - Juicy Seafood & Bar

Overall our server was very welcoming and friendly! However lacking in some areas of service. There were 5 of us and we had to ask for utensils for each plate (forks, crab boil cracker etc), and straws for each drink. Napkins were VERY flimsy for the type of grease/oil that comes from seafood and unfortunately bathrooms did not have soap. Menu items, like Grilled chicken and Grilled fish options were noticeably missing from the menu. (Different from website menu) Also surprising, there were no Alcohol free options for Beer or Mocktails. Food was mostly good. Great presentation. 2 of us had the crab boil. HOT/garlic butter. it was a little too salty. 2 in the party had the Grouper. The quantity and portions were good. However they both said the Grouper was lacking flavor. Please note: Great Restaurant overall. Love the decor too. We will visit again.. and recommend...However,.hoping to see some adjustments in a few areas as mentioned!

Friends had grilled fish, and I had the "Build Your Own Boil". All were delicious. They appeared to be short-staffed, so the services was a bit slow. Lastly, please note that they open at 12 noon on Saturday, not 11:30 a.m. as the Open Table reservation indicated.

We made reservations and were seated quickly, which was great. However, the food lacked seasoning and was just okay—none of the six of us were particularly impressed. The highlight of our visit was our server, Ashley. She was amazing—thorough, professional, and friendly, making our experience much more enjoyable. While the food didn't stand out, the service was top-notch!

The new manager of king claw is rude and disrespectful and didn't like how she treated the family won't be coming back soon

Party of 4- each of our dishes were great. Flavor, presentation, and temp. Definitely will return. Service this day was okay. We went on Christmas day, so maybe there was a skeleton crew which could have affected the quality of service. Still a great experience!

Hush puppies and fries are those extra extra crispy good! Shrimp poboy was good too with melted butter poured on. Need more employees, bartender working double time, slight delays with only 4 people at 20 seat rectangle bar. She be running hard.

Huge seafood fan, but their grub had me sprinting to the loo, and speaking of loos, I spotted enough hair gear and curling irons in there to stock a salon – step up your game, folks. Love the decor, though.

Our server was awesome (considering she was the only waitress available to serve an entire building all night) but for $20 my salmon looked poor. Like from the frozen section. Broccoli was cold. Potatoes looked played over. Drinks were good. From my husband the boil was nice.
