Great rolled ice cream spot! I the ice cream itself is great. The customizable toppings only add to that greatness. Very quick with your delicious deserts. Great experience and very delightful.

I’ve been coming here with my family since they’ve opened & their service and quality had always been consistent. When the weather is nice especially during the summers, it gets crowded here so be patient with the employees as they are physically rolling each ice cream per

While out running errands, I found myself craving something sweet and decided to try rolled ice cream from Gong Cha, situated in a bustling small shopping area alongside a heavily trafficked street. I anticipated a bit of a hassle exiting due to the traffic, and my prediction was spot on.The service experience started on a lukewarm note; the cashier who took my order was not particularly friendly, lacking the warmth you'd hope for in a place selling sweet treats. However, watching another worker skillfully mix, flatten, and roll the ice cream added a unique touch to the experience, making up somewhat for the initial service hiccup. The rolled ice cream itself was just okay for my taste. Interestingly, I found it more enjoyable as it began to melt, revealing its flavors more fully as it transitioned towards the texture of traditional ice cream. Although I'm glad to have satisfied my curiosity and experienced rolled ice cream, I think I'll stick to my usual ice cream preferences in the future. It was a worthwhile visit, but traditional ice cream still holds my heart.

Cute hidden gem also with a separate boba spot on the inside. Ice cream is made and rolled in front of you. Sweet base and cold. I got the strawberry cheesecake. Would come back to just chill inside during these hot summer days

I used to come here for matcha ice cream but they took it off the menu :(The last time I went I decided to try the coffee flavor which ended up being not as strong as I would’ve preferred.
