I placed an order for a Minnie Mouse cake two days prior to my scheduled pick up. I got there 5 hours after my pick up time and my cake wasn’t even made. Octavia and other staff members looked for the cake as if it was gonna appear out of mid air. So I had a birthday party with no cake and the staff was so nonchalant about my order. This is the second and last time I have had an issue with the bakery department. I will never place an order at this location ever again.
