If I could give this store Night Shift’s manager by the name of Teresa I would ! Went in with a vendors “PERFECT FEAST” coupon for $100 that my husband’s employer gifted to him. The young lady cashier checked me out with such nice enthusiasm and was very polite . I wish I would have catched her name because she did everything perfect . On the other hand , my husband had Teresa assist his cashier and she communicated to him that she doesn’t accept the coupons but we found that to be not true as the lady in the cashier I was at had already accepted and scanned them with no issues . We figured the other lady might just not “know how” so my husband went and got in line with the cashier that COULD scan them. When Teresa saw him she came up to him and again told him she didn’t take those coupons so my husband naturally replied to her that I had just been able to with another cashier . Teresa then mumbled some stuff under her breath and walked over to the cashiers drawer to pull out the coupons she had already accepted from me and said we do not take these while grabbing onto my bagged cart pulling it from me and said “GIVE ME BACK MY GROCERIES” she was extremely hostile , rude and just plain disrespectful . When I asked her “what do you mean this is already scanned , she just did it” (referring to my cashier) she said she didn’t care and to go. She treated me so poorly for no reason. I asked if she could give me a reason as to why she couldn’t take the coupons if Kroger is listed on the redeemable stores but she never gave me one . Simply said because she could and didn’t want to . She even had the security escort us as if we were doing something bad . I felt so confused and embarrassed . It was simply ridiculous and so uncalled for . If she could have just came up to me and told me there had been a mistake of some sort and the cashier didn’t know and shouldn’t have scanned them for whatever reason I would have understood but there was absolutely no need for her to be so rude and definitely no need to pull the cart from me like she did. In the midst of the whole situation I even forgot I paid my due taxes as per the instructions on the coupon , so I’ll be having to go back in there to get my money back on those and hopefully talk to someone that could be better at customer care . But I will NEVER be coming back to shop with Kroger . I am in disbelief about how someone so rude can be at a manager’s position. Very dissapointed .
Everyone is always nice and the selection is good .
This is a convenient location for me, but I will not be shopping at the store again.

The Customer Service people need to go by the next customer in line not by whatever fool comes up to the counter.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!! I have always loved Kroger, they have always been my preferred store opposed to others. But after the way I was treated at this Location on 12/1/19 never again will I EVER return.
