Wanted something good to eat quick and easy the inside was closed and it wasn't 6:30 pm when the cashier advised me to use the drive through i didn't get that being she was outside on a break with a friend it turned me off we left the area and went to a different restaurant it's not that many Krystals around anymore so we were excited to stop by since we were in the area not a good experience don't recommend going to that location.

My food was cold.. the cheese wasn't melted because it wasn't hot and the bacon was old and burnt. I thought it was being cooked fresh because it took a long time.

Everytime I go to this location around 11am it’s always an issues or a wait first they say 10 to 15 minutes wait then come back and say actually we don’t know how long it’s gone be and this is everytime you go there around 11am try it for yourself and see I think there just lazy don’t want to work

I honestly can't understand why people just can't communicate with someone by just saying Give Me A Few Minutes. Instead of not saying Anything to you at all. Only to continue to make orders from the drive thru. I noticed 3 people working 1 cook 2 manager 3 cashier. I waited over 30 minutes just to place my order. The manager never said anything towards the young lady whom I noticed was busy doing drivethur traffic. No one was in the store Only myself. I can assure you that this Krystal on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow. I will never visit there again. The service was just ridiculous as well as the manager. I took this very personal because I didn't even keep the meal. I threw it in the trash 🗑.

The food was very sloppy. Mustard was all on the side of the burgers and none of buns properly covered the meat. Despite the messy burgers, they actually were hot and tasty.
This location is so slow. I’ve sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes waiting to get food. This is so unprofessional. This location needs to get it together

I came this morning around 7:45am I was extremely tired and needed to stop and get food y'all was the only one open which I am beyond grateful. The service was great the young lady was very patient with me and had everything I needed in the big without me having to ask .I go to Krystal's often but the service is a lot better here and it looks very nice and clean Thank you again

I just left the Krystal in Morrow Ga and was treated so nice by a gentleman name TAY. He gave me such a pleased smile and excellent customer service. Keep up the good work TAY being kind don't cost you anything. Excellent Worker!!!! FYI my late night Krystals were the bomb!!!
