We had an issue and we requested for a manager but he did not show up. Bad customer service.

We came here with some friends who had never been here. The food was very tasty. The service was decent when we finally got it. Initially our waiter was ready to take our orders, but we were not ready. Two times. So, it took him forever to return to us when we WERE ready. But when he finally made it to us, things were great. So for that, I am giving four stars. I am giving five stars on the food, for our meals. However, the chips and salsa, the chips seemed old or stale. But when he brought another round of chips, they were much better. I would definitely return here. Thank you!

Extremely frustrating experience.
I ordered a drink, took one sip, and didn’t like it. There is a sign posted that clearly says alcoholic drinks can be “fixed or exchanged.” Based on that, I asked to exchange it.
First, I was told all alcohol sales are final — which was false according to the sign. I had to physically get up and take a picture of the sign to show the server. Only then did the story change to: you can exchange it, but only for another “holiday drink.” That rule is not written anywhere.
The manager, Kate, repeated the same thing. I even offered to pay the difference for a regular margarita — meaning the restaurant would make more money — and was still told no. When I asked for a logical explanation, there wasn’t one.
At that point, I canceled my food (which was already coming out) and asked for my check. The issue wasn’t the drink — it was inconsistent policies, poor communication, and a manager unwilling to resolve something that could have been handled in seconds.
If there are restrictions, put them on the sign. Don’t make customers argue or prove your own posted policy. Management should address this, because this was completely avoidable and handled poorly.

I came here today and ordered the chorizo with eggs, the service was quick but the food took a little while. But the taste made up for it. Ill tell you, these are some of the best eggs and chorizo I have ever had. Good brunch spot.

This is my go to every Friday. Except 11-7-25, there was a table of two women and a guy with a toddler... they were sooooo drunk and the manager was talking to them like he knew them... they had a baby running ALL OVER the restaurant even going into the KITCHEN. The manager and the adults the kid belonged too were smiling of the matter. As a customer it was very disturbing and bothersome and dangerous for the kid. The ppl were even letting the child walk up to other customer tables and sit with them. At the end of the night the security and manager seem to know these ppl and greeted them goodbye. I don't understand how you have security and you ALLOW drunk ppl to leave and drive. This is bothersome and needs to be looked into. Smh.. UNEXCEPTABLE.
