Rule of thumb, when ordering pizza from Little Ceasars, always check your pizza before you leave. I ordered 3 Pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza. When I got home, 2 of Pepperoni were fresh one wasn't. It looked stale like it'd been in warming ovens too long. The Cheese pizza wasn't fresh either. For those seasons, I would not order from this location again.

Came in to pick up an order, code wouldn’t work. Asked the girl at counter for assistance and she told me to try the code again. I did and then she said code expired and she didn’t see the pizza. Whole time I’m looking directly at the order. She gives me the pizza after reading the name. Before I left, she walked to the back. I’m calling out to someone and no one is answering. She has headphones in, eventually I wave her down and she comes back to the front. I ask for marinara and then napkins. Instead of handing me the napkins she just puts it down on counter and walks off. Attitude was unnecessary. And while we’re at it, she needs to wear a hairnet over her puff/afro while cutting pizzas.

I ordered night italian cheesy bread fresh and pepsi .. i literally ordered and maybe 8 min 10 at tops i was at the store to pick it up it was ready surprisingly so i got down tge street opened the box and it was very hard bread i called spoke with mike he apologized and assured me he would make it right… he was very polite vs the person who took my order .. first time out of numerous issues. i have had and the manager be nice Thanks mike

Night shift is rude , she hung up in my face after calling to say i been in line over 30 mins can i just come to the door and get the pizza. Lobby closed before lobby is suppose to be closed. They need a whole new night crew this is unacceptable. I canceled my order now i have to go home and find my kids something because I refuse to spend my money in unprofessional places. Called back no answer at all.

3 times in a row, I tried the place a carry out order and all 3 times they said what's going to be 45 minutes to an hour, wait, they locked the lobby at 8:30. When they're still open. I've tried to pick up DoorDash orders there and they're never ready, and I have to wait at least 30 minutes.. The night manager is very rude and disrespectful. My advice to all of you guys.Never shop at this location.It is terrible.

Me and my wife order pizza thew online so we wouldn’t have to wait, I come to store and they say some ridiculous excuse saying that they to busy to make it….while I see a bunch of them just walking Around inside not even doing anything on the clock… and they also laughed at my wife’s name very disrespectful but I’m very disappointed of ordering online and coming to pick them and they telling me they to busy to make , and he said you can wait for ever or I can refund you. The work environment smell like weed, saw 2 guys literally in back of the store smoking something, a they say that “to busy” yeah sure doing nothing on the clock. I don’t write reviews at all but this store is just got pure lazy people working there and not in anyway form professional at all and giving ridiculous excuses why they can’t work… Never coming back to this location ever again
