Adreana is the best waitress at LongHorn Steakhouse! She is incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She always checks on us to make sure we are doing well and that everything is perfect. The food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. Her excellent service truly made our experience even better. Thank you, Adreana!

I visited this location last night with my kids. My daughter really wanted some longhorn. After waiting 30 minutes for a table and being seated, no waitress showed up to greet us or offer drinks. We sat there for over 30mins, so then I approached the kitchen area and asked who was working the table I’m just sitting here waiting at with my hungry kids. Long story short she never came after that and we left. I refused to spend money with this type of horrible customer. And please for the future please fix that horrible spoiled milk smell it’s definitely in that carpet somewhere 2nd reason I didn't feel comfortable eating there.

Terrible smell upon sitting down, smelt like dirty mop water. Still sat down upon getting appetizer two roaches were on table lap and wall. Left immediately. Two other tables noticed them as well.

This is the worst Long Horn I’ve been thru the staff is confused and slow, the manager was cleaning tables and not able to service for simple task. The restaurant smells like old soap water and I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone… Needs a new staff and management ASAP … complete overhaul the owner should be ashamed of themselves and the environment 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I sat at the bar since I was dining by myself. The bartender was efficient, but not at all friendly or engaging. She was quite mechanical and .ade remarks to a coworker about only being there to get paid. It was quite off-putting. I ate my cup of soup then got a to go box for my food. I didn't want to stay in that less than inviting atmosphere-

I had a very disappointing experience at this LongHorn location. The waiter at the bar was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for our visit.

When the manager came over, the situation did not improve. He did not introduce himself or identify his role—he simply asked, “Is there something you need?” That lack of professionalism and accountability was concerning. As a guest, it’s important to know who is addressing an issue, especially when the experience has already gone poorly.

My guest ordered food, but due to the treatment we received, I could not in good conscience spend my money at this location. LongHorn is one of my favorite restaurants, and I’ve had great experiences at other locations, which makes this one especially disappointing.

Unfortunately, this visit fell far below the standards I expect from the LongHorn brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both customer service and leadership presence at this location.

Seem to be short staffed. Had a wait despite more tables empty than occupied. Service started out good until a big group showed up, refills were neglected. We had 2 meals which included 2 sides each and that was too difficult to get out completed. I was missing 1 side and it took about 7 minutes to see my server. Got it eventually but pretty bad experience. Food actually was pretty great. Bread is good but served with hard butter. The only knife is a heavy duty steak knife which was incredibly awkward for bread. A butter knife would be nice. May try again but service makes me nervous. I understand getting overwhelmed for groups but it's bad to mess up 2 simple orders. Hopefully I'll have a better experience if I return.

The absolute worse take out experience. I ordered online to pick up at 6:18 on 12/30 qt the Morrow Ga location. Arrived a little early. Young lady came out about 6:35 asking did I have 2 orders. She said there were 2 orders with the same last name but clearly had different first names and 2 different phone numbers….Now its 6:50 I decide to call. Someone answered the phone and I asked them about my order and she says,” no worries I will bring it out when its ready” I told her apparently you are not worried about a customer waiting 30 min past the pick up time. Then she said that she would check . Well 10 min later , its now after 7pm no food. I go in and ask for a refund. Low and behold the lady before me is asking for a refund aw well. That went no where because no one paid me any attention after I requested a refund. I then said excuse me is anyone going to help me with the refund. The young lady then grabbed a bag on the top shelf looked at the name and said ,” you don’t want it” It was my food just sitting on the top of the shelf . No Im sorry, my apologies nothing . The absolute sorry excuse for a waitress. If I could give the service a BIG FAT 0 I would.
I did take the food home because clearly no one was interested in giving me a refund after waiting almost 1 hour for my food. I called to ask for the manager and they just put you on hold and never come back . I do Not recommend this location!
Food was good though! The entire staff that is responsible for tale out was again the absolute WORSE!
