Yes, The food were Great!!! I had the salad and Potato Soup, and the Grill chicken Sandwich, and of course the Wheat Bread 🍞, OH, first we had the Appetizer, Spinach Dip!! Allnof it were Super delicious and Good!! Strawberry and Cheese cake we took Home, which is Delicious as well!! And Ice Tea!! My Self and Friends go there All times, and Families!!! I recommend Long Horn Steakhouse To Anyone that wants a Bless Lovely Great Meal!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at longhorn and our server Sarah was simply AMAZING. She was very attentive and made sure we had a great overall dinning experience. We even sat a while, talking and enjoying each other's company. Our server was still checking in on us and making sure that we were good. I highly recommend this longhorn location for all of your dinning needs. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I ordered a to go order my baked potato wasn’t even loaded. They just sent me out a baked potato in wrapped foil. My steak was rare. I ordered medium well.

Service not rude but also not friendly & not very attentive either.
The main dining area smells like mildew & I should have insisted we leave at that point.
My partner & I both ordered the 12 ounce ribeye. I ordered medium, it was cooked medium well but I really couldn’t tell until the second half. TOUGH AS HELL on the outside. No flavor. & so skimpy on the baked potato topping. I would have complained but I don’t like doing that in front of my partner.
The camp creek location has this one beat by a mile.

Fatima was our server today and what an exceptional experience she provided. The only recommendation for improvement is to have fresh strawberries available for a strawberry salad. Thank you for a dining experience second to none. We will return again.

The LongHorn in Atlanta was pathetic. The place smelled like weed, the hostess and waitress acted like they were doing us a favor by doing their jobs, and the food was prepared wrong. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was less than rare. I sent it back and it came back well done from what I am sure was from the microwave. Most definitely not somewhere I will return!

I always love me some ribs from Longhorn they are great very tasty

I have always love this location and have had the greatest service.
But it is very said to say that an this past weekend I took my family out to my favorite Longhorn restaurant and the service was so bad. We were seated in a to small seating area, we sent dirty silverware back and never received new ones, we had to send back our waters and appetizer plates and bread plates in order to have room for our food plates, the adults food orders came in a acceptable time but, the kid plate was very late the adults were more than half finished with their plates before the baby got his food. The food is usually very good, ribs fall off the bone and I never turn down the sweet potato but this time the meat was tuff, sweet potato was not cooked done I couldn't eat it. We took the ribs home but they still was good we just trashed it. We tipped the server, thank him for his service and went abut our way.
All of this to say that we was very disappointed with this location on this visit.

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent to-go order I placed online at your location. The experience was disappointing from start to finish.

When ordering my son’s meal online, the system didn’t allow me to select a drink. After checking in at the store, I called the restaurant to specify the drink choice and request 57 sauce. I was transferred from option 3 and kept on hold for over 10 minutes. Even while I was still on hold, the team member brought out my food. I explained that I had been trying to provide the missing drink and sauce request to avoid back-and-forth trips.

She brought out a lemonade, which wasn’t the drink we wanted. After I clarified again, she went back inside and returned with the correct items. I thanked her and checked the bag, only to discover that the chips and dip—the main reason I placed the order—were missing.

When I asked about it, I was told they were out and that it was removed from my ticket. However, no one had communicated this to me. I was never notified or given the option to change or cancel that part of the order. I found it unacceptable to be left guessing about what I did or didn’t receive.

I then called the restaurant again while driving to another LongHorn location just to get the missing items, and once again was left on hold—this time while waiting for a manager who never came on the line.

This experience was extremely disappointing. I spent more time trying to fix the issue, oh also didn’t receive the buffalo sauce nor bread. At this point, I’m left feeling like I should have just returned the entire order.

I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and address both the communication gaps and customer service issues at this location. Won’t be back.

UPDATE: I called the manager today at 10:47am to report my issue on yesterday. He stated that he would take care of the messed up items. So today at 6 pm again I call in to place the order of spinach dip that I drove across town on yesterday to get only to find that it wasn’t in my bag that prompted me to ask about only to find out they were out and it was never stated until I asked and the wings that had no sauce along with no bread that was requested but again I found out today that they were out yet that was never mentioned. The level of service is at an all time low! The lady doing to go orders need to go away from customers. She really did not understand the point of letting a customer know THAT YOU ARE OUT in advance or at least when you bring the food out 🤷🏽‍♀️. I never would have known. By the way she wouldn’t let me speak to management. She told him that it was Compt because they were out…which is fine… HAD I Known before I wasted my gas and sat there for an additional 20mns to get part of my order. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
