I didn’t want to do this but I have to ngl. I came here with my family and put in a reservation for 7pm. I was told at the door that they never put in my reservation so i had to wait 1hr and 30 minutes to be seated. After waiting we were finally seated and I just wanna say the reservation waiter was very nice. We only got our drinks in appetizers because apparently “someone took our whole order” although that sounds really hard to believe because how can they take an order that’s word for word bar for bar. Anyways we was then told that it will take 30 minutes for our order to be ready again…….we wait for 45 minutes and it wasn’t even close. This had to be the most stressful thing to ever happen on mother’s day smh ??♀️

This location use to be very good, but has gone down in the past year or two. They don’t describe menu items to you. They cook their salmon medium not realizing that all people don’t eat their food that way. Tonight my broccoli tasted like it came straight out the bag brick hard. Took about 15 minutes to get some more that was decent enough go chew. My husband’s fries were cold. My food was cold. And this was not the first time. The waitress was decent. She couldn’t remember to bring us what we asked for. .So this is the last time we’ll be visiting this establishment. Too much money for the lack there of.

The food would have been great if it was at least warm. For $20 and $30 steaks they should still be sizzling. My salad was so old it was slimy and black. And when I asked for another one he took it and removed the ugly pieces off the top and brought me the same salad back. I know this cause I had removed all the croutons and this one didn't have any on it. All of our food was cold when we got it and the surrounding tables were complaining about the same things. Paying over 100 dollars for dinner I expect everything to almost perfect. I'm so disappointed. Outback from now on. And our waiter just tried to take my plate while I'm still eating off of it. Wow.

Sat at the bar around 8:30pm, was hesitating to stop in based in the reviews.But I had a sweet tea and filet with lobster and everything was cooked perfect and delicious. Not my usual side of town but I enjoyed my meal.

Waited 30min to get in , normal. 20 min just to be seen for drinks. Steak was not seasoned and grilled corn cold as ice. The porkchop overcooked. Salad was brought out after meal was done when I chased a server down to as for it. Not pleased with service and quality of food. Unfortunate.

If you order online the wait time is extremely excessive!!! I was told my order would be ready @ 7:20 and I did not receive my order until after 8pm. I am absolutely disgusted!!

Our dinner was excellent! The staff was welcoming. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time and a server immediately came over to take our drink orders. The food came out fresh and cooked well.Excellent service all around!
