I understand that this place has been here for years, for that reason it is shocking to see that they have not done a recent remodeling. The food is good, customer service for the drive thru is good but could be improved.

They charge more for large biscuits but you get the same amount of meat as the regular biscuits...then get upset when you point it out...I wish I could post the picture...

Experience was not what i expected. Been this restaraunts locations since 2014. Just take better care of your customers and if they order something make sure they have everything they need to enjoy they meal. How can i eat eggs with no utensils. And why should I have to ask for it

I don't what change here at Martin, but he food is definitely good like it use to be, bought steak Biscuit and small grit, Steak and Biscuit was way over cook steak was so dry And over cooked Biscuit washed and over cooked no fluff no softness just hard took it back got chicken it was dry like it sit under the light wasn't even hot Biscuit was overcooked AGAIN , I SEE WY THER SCORE IS 75, WHERE ARE THE OTHEE EMPLOYES IM USE TO SEEING, bc this crew can't cook the old crew cooked better, Martin use to be the Place, they musta changed Management and it's TERRIBLE!!WINT GO THERE AGAIN AFTER ALL THESE YEAR THIS IS THE WORST I TASTE

This place is the absolute worst!!! Ordered 2 breakfast bowls and it was nothing in there. I don’t expect a whole lot, but it was a quarter filled. Looks like maybe a half egg and a tiny bit of cheese.
I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese. There was no cheese.
For the record…I didn’t call screaming or being rude. I just wanted to know why was this food so horrible. (I’ve come here 3 times, the food was wrong the second time and it’s not even good food.) The biscuit itself is the only good thing. The rest is basic with no taste.
I called to ask did the bowl at least come with a biscuit. As I’m talking to the first lady(white) and letting her know my concerns, she interrupted me and rudely and said” let me get a word in”. Rude as hell. Once I was done, she would have.
She then put me on hold( another came to the phone(black).Btw…I’m mentioning color because they wouldn’t give me a name. She literary come on the phone with an extremely elevated tone. Never said hello or anything. Her exact words “The bowl come with grits and 2 eggs”. I couldn’t believe such unprofessionalism and rudeness. I said mam, you are supposed to at least say hello or how can I help you. She wasn’t trying to hear it, so I told her we didn’t get 2 eggs for sure and the biscuit didn’t have any cheese on it. She said “OK”!!!! I literally said “I thought you would say I’m sorry about that or anything. So I asked her name and she HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME.
I have the upmost respect for fast food employees and treat them great because I know they take a lot of stuff with little pay. But these employees are textbook ghetto, ratchet, rude and unprofessional as it gets.
Martins need to do better. I don’t know if they hire from the streets or people who have mental issues. But this owner need to actually care about who is working in there establishment and some basic customer service training would help. Have a standard a the least.

The customer service was very horrible!!!! I had really high hopes for this restaurant, but they failed to live up to the expectations. Didn’t receive the expected quality and quantity of food. Asked for cheese in my grits twice, Once received I didn’t get any cheese in any orders of my grits, however it was overly field with butter. Never again!
