Typically, this location has been consistently good, so it is the one I mostly go to in my area. Today, the customer service was very off. I used my rewards to get a burrito and paid for a small coffee. I drove away from the window after receiving my order and parked to put cream and sugar in my coffee. I looked in the bag and there was an Egg McMuffin instead of a burrito. I went back inside and was given a bag with a burrito in it, which led me to believe that someone knew I had been given the wrong order. I did not get an apology for the mistake or a “thank you, have a good day.” I left the restaurant. As I was driving, I bit into the burrito, and it was not fresh; it was cold and hard, but I ate as much as I could because I was hungry. Afterwards, I sipped the coffee and it tasted horrible. It was so bitter I could not drink it. I poured the coffee out, and the bottom of the cup was covered with coffee grinds. I was highly disappointed with today's visit; obviously, they had a lot of issues going on, but it really messed up my breakfast, and I wasted 3000 award points on a cold, hard burrito.

Missing 2 mocha frappes, Mcdonalds shake and nuggets when to went to ask for it no one would ask me what I needed then they got an attitude saying I had already gotten it. When they finally gave me the frappes and shake they were all small when I asked for all large. Serive and food sucks

The manger that was there yesterday I wish everyone was like her she was so sweet nice helpful and made sure my food was hot off I ever worked for fast food again I would love to work with her I think her name was Mrs.B
Person on the speaker very unprofessional. Ignored me for 5 mins but left the mic on so I could hear them laughing about ignoring me. I drove off, they still laughing. Will never spend my money there again.

The only positive about this place is that when I go at lunchtime they are usually pretty fast. Now the negatives: They get orders incorrect all the time. The food is always almost fresh. Never really quite fresh . Even the fries. They are always lukewarm. They never listen at the speaker and ask you what you want then you’re asked to repeat. Then when you pay you don’t get a receipt. Whenever I have had an issue I just basically get a shoulder shrug. I won’t be back to this McDonalds. There are far too many places to give business to with far better service and food.
