Honestly, I’m just extremely displeased. I ordered a double cheeseburger burger meal and ended up with a quarter pounder, I also ordered cookies I ended up with cookies that had been already done that said good till 4/7/25 before 11:50am and I was served the cookies around 12:20 noon. The sprite that was given to me was discolored and was still being served.

I live very close to this location so I have been multiple times since it's recent opening. Sadly probably 80% of the time we have had wrong food or something else that was a ridiculous issue. Like today I asked the man taking my order for BBQ and honey. I asked the person who should have given me my food and the woman who actually gave me my food and sure as can be I was given honey mustard and no I didn't say didn't give me honey mustard and accidentally confuse them. It's just ridiculous that I can count on my meal being messed up vs being correct. I'm literally shocked when it's right. I know it's hard to find responsible staff but, y'all choose who you hire. There is only 2 or 3 good employees in the entire building.
worst McDonalds in Clayton County service is damn near nonexistent food was mid at best atmosphere?!! They have a whole in the dining room wall, how’s that for atmosphere. They need new management and workers all around, nobody picks the phone up. Workers governing workers. No leaders at all.

I don’t frequent here often, so I will say this review is based on limited experience. I’ve pretty much given up on McD due to their horrible service and quality However, this location surprised me this week! The line moved quick, the food was hot and fresh and the customer service was on point! I can tell management has a grip on consistency. Each employee thanked me, smiled and said “see you tomorrow!” One of the best sausage biscuits I’ve had! Kudos!!
