Never and I mean NEVER place a to go order or delivery from this place. I did a delivery from here and my food didn’t arrive till an hour later. When my food arrived it was not correct. A whole bunch of items I paid for were not even in the bowls! One was missing a whole protein completely and the other was missing a lot of the veggies I added on. Every time we dine in we never have this issue so I don’t know what the problem was this time. They need to do better because this wasn’t it.

A place has to really be bad for me to leave a review. Infact I’m still in the restaurant waiting on my order I placed an hour ago on the app. Their slogan “order ahead skip the line” doesn’t apply here. This is the second time I have ordered and then had to wait for over 30 min after my arrival for my order. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. It’s now 6:50 and it’s not done. When I asked when my order would be ready the worker mumbled and walked off. There’s cross contamination of employees touching the register with their gloves then turning around to bag chips and help make the food. There is trash all over the floor the drink machine area needs to be wiped. I won’t return to this location ever again.

I ordered delivery. I haven’t ate at Moe’s in years. Decided to try today. Wish I had the energy to go myself because I was missing a lot of ingredients. The burrito was good. But I couldn’t enjoy it like I wanted to. No corn salsa, no sour cream, no lettuce and no pico ?. The burrito smelled really good and tasted fresh. Still dissatisfied.

I ordered a chicken bowl and an order of nachos. I was very disappointed with the serving of the nachos. It seems like if you want the chips on the side so they don't get soggy, they barely give you any ingredients. In comparison, my homewrecker bowl was full. I hope they fix this because it just made me want to cancel this order and go over to Chipotle. ? I genuinely hope my next visit is better.
