This is the BEST florist I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. For the first time, I felt like I got my moneys worth because of how incredibly beautiful my order turned out. I called in a panic, after forgetting to place a funeral arrangement order, and Mac handled my frantic request with such grace and surety. She did not rush me, nor did she allow me to miss a detail. She was patient and let me think through my order, and what I wanted say; she even let me change my mind on a couple of things. The fact that they were able to take the last minute order was enough for me, but when I saw what was delivered, I was blown away. Morrow Florist, you have just gained a customer for life. I highly encourage EVERYONE in this area to use this florist because they genuinely care about every single order and customer.

I was given the supreme auntie duty and honor of preparing my nephew to escort a young lady to her senior prom. As part of my responsibilities, I was to secure a corsage and boutonnière and was told to go for red. Of course I went to work immediately scouring the inter webs for positive reviews of florists in my area. Morrow Florist and Gift Shop swiftly rose to the top and I began pouring over the options on their website.I was able to place my order over the phone and eventually speak directly with the person who would be designing our order. I told her my preferences, but gave her creative license to decide in the moment (based on the flowers they got jn the week of our order) which roses to use (traditional or spray). Let me tell y'all: these flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! It was definitely worth the money. The young lady's mother and my sister (the moms) both commented on how well done the corsage and boutonnière were. I'm so happy to find a florist in my area that can work swiftly and turn out such high quality.

Came across this flower shop on a whim, while looking for a present for my mother in laws birthday. They had lovely pre-made arrangements! The gentleman who helped me provided excellent customer service, including fresh water for the flowers and a box to keep them upright on the way home. A very pleasant and easy experience, I will definitely be back!

This post is many months too late but I cannot say anything bad about this floral shop. They go above and beyond for their customers. My dad passed away unexpectedly, and we ordered last minute flower arrangements for his funeral. They delivered on time and they came out so so beautiful. I ended up ordering an arrangement for my dad's 1 year anniversary. I won't go anywhere else.. love them!

The Best!!! When another florist didn’t deliver as scheduled, Morrow Florist came through with a last minute arrangement for my mom’s memorial service. AND THEY CAME THROUGH!! The piece was beautiful!! Had to be perfect for mom. They will now be my go-to florist.

Customer service is quite poor. Assumptions were made due to poor communication on the part of the woman at the register which ended up changing how I wanted my bouquet to look. I honestly feel like we were being discriminated against. I love purchasing flowers weekly and thought they'd be a good place since they're close to my home but I would never return or recommend them.

My husband sent me flowers for my birthday, a few days later I had a rose with no petals. Gave them a called to let them know and ask what could I do about it and prevent the rest from getting damaged. NO questions ask they will be taking care of them. They ask if I would be home, said yes (me thinking they will be replacing the rose) a few hrs later they at my door exchanging my wholee arrangement for a new one! What a great customer service. I end up feeling bad I made them do all that for one rose but they made my day.FYI husband been getting me flowers from them for the last few yrs and this is the first time this happened, the flowers are great all the time. Look no further ?
