Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

2nd time here within at least the past 2 months. They are always out of something. First time it was major ingredients that they didn’t inform us of prior to ordering (we found out when the meal arrived and had to question where the missing ingredients were). Second time, again after ordering and waiting, the server says they are out of everything with steak. To add, prior to this, we had to get up to get out own utensils after being given the salad with nothing to eat it with. Asked for napkins which she proceeded to another table after that request and didn’t come back with napkins. When I spoke with the manager he clarified that they aren’t out of steak but it’s frozen, because I’m guessing that was supposed to make it better. The place is horribly ran. Won’t be attending that location again.

Our server tonight was Tatiyana. It was her first night and we were her first table. She did great! Thanks also to the manager on duty who followed up regularly with all the tables to make sure everything was going well!

Went for the soup and salad and it was amazing as usual. Had a great server that provided outstanding service.

The food here isn't like the other olive garden I have been to in the past..the cream sauce pasta i ordered was full of oil.. it was just subpar to the point that it made me check their health score rating on my way out..they received an A 96 made me feel better but I wasn't pleased with the food

My family and I came here after seeing my sister getting baptized. We were a party of 8. At first the server peeped around the corner and saw us and rolled her eyes 👀. She seemed to have an attitude (maybe it was time for her to go home 🤷🏾‍♀️). We were seated and that server came with a much more pleasant attitude. She took our order made sure everything was good the food came out in great timing she refilled our drinks and the bread sticks and salads 🥗 . Overall everyone enjoyed their food and the service.
I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara it was good after I added salt and pepper.

I ordered the Zuppa Toscana soup this was the worst this Olive Garden has fallen off they do not care about what they serve customers This was a bowl of water A Hot Mees

Our server was wonderful, but the food portion I received was extremely disappointing. For the price, the serving was smaller than a child’s portion, which is unacceptable. I understand restaurant overhead, but this felt like poor value. I should have ordered a kids meal for half the cost. I also don’t recommend ordering from the lunch menu unless you aren’t hungry, because you will leave hungry. Very disappointed, Olive Garden.

I ordered online yesterday to avoid getting out in the rain, but it was a big mistake. After checking my order I saw that the soup was all broth, no potatoes or kale visible. This issue was corrected. My chicken Alfredo was dry. I was given a tiny container of Alfredo sauce. I had so much pasta that I trashed some of the pasta because it was so dry. Please check your food before leaving if you choose to do curbside pickup. Also, the customer service wasn't the best, no apologies or greeting. This was once my favorite restaurant. I've tried it twice and it's not for me anymore.
