Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, but restaurant wasn't busy. I was finally seated, but wa I waited more than 10 minutes before waitress addressed me, I gave my drink order, appetizer order, and entree all at once, since I had so much time to decide. As I sat there, I could hear a lot of playing, and loud talking in kitchen. A lot of younger people. Didn't see any manager that I normally see there, maybe that's why it was so much playing back there. Family across from me sent back gnocchi. Another customer sent hers back as well. I ordered the shrimp frito appetizer, it looked over cooked and tasted a little burnt, sent it back. My stuffed chicken marmalade came out with the smallest amount of mashed potatoes I ever seen. I asked what happen the waitress said ,they are being stingy, really!! The chicken was as if it was reheated twice, mushrooms overcooked and chewy, hardly and sauce, that was so thick and salty. I am not happy! And will not return! Tried to be quiet and just boxed up everything and left, the stray cats will eat it!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden, Darden is an amazing company that focuses a lot on training. The server today never got her name, she has no clue what steps of service is, they completely messed up the birthday girls cake and didn’t care, we didn’t get breadsticks until right before we got our food. It was extremely slow in there, I think the waitress should go to hosting. The manager Chris B, absolutely horrendous clearly only clocks in to get a check and go home. I’m in the industry and don’t like to complain but there was zero excuse for tonight at all. Their excuse was they “sent people home” but you knew a large party was coming all night and I counted 3 other servers NO help from them clearly. It’s no wonder corporate chains are a dying breed. Do better.

Silverware was dirty. Server hardly checked on us. I had to go to the TOGO area for plastic ware. It was dead in there so I'm not sure why the service was so poor

I truly don't see how they still in business the never-ending pasta was so nasty dry and needed seasoning all the salt and pepper couldn't help it yall have fell off bad

I reluctantly went to this Olive Garden yesterday at my friend's suggestion, but I had a great experience! Unlike other locations I have been to, I received prompt service, an excellent waitress, and high quality food! So thank you! My only regret is that I could not order on of your cocktails as I was driving that day!

Salad had hair in it....gross! Go back to hair nets!! We had NO clean eating utensils and ask for plastic, the waitress made us wait til she greeted and took her next customer order. Our food was already on the tbl and we couldn't eat because the wrapped silver had dried food on it.

The place need alittle TLC compare to the Olive Garden I been to, but I can say my server NiA made it worth while she was pleasant and patient , she provided options and even though I see her serving like two other tables she was able to check in on us , Nia continue doing a great job , you are being seen stay bless

My boyfriend took me here for national Girlfriends Day,💓💓I think once you have the bread or soup, you'll know that everything else will be just as delicious.
I forgot our server's name, but he knew my boyfriend as a teacher. Thank you so much young man❤️❤️🥰

Today my husband and I was here my husband ordered the steak and pasta I ordered the chicken and broccoli pasta the food was amazing sometimes it hit or miss don’t no if they got a new chef or what but it was amazing waiter was awesome I wish I got her name 10/10 today !!! Really good ! Had to do a review 😊 Please keep this up !
