Did an online order; food came quickly, they brought it outside to me, and it was prepared as if I was dining inside, perfect spaghetti and the big meatballs were more than I expected

My husband and I come here often and we always get excellent service each time. Every server we’ve had has been awesome & we have had the pleasure of having Leanne (I think that’s how you spell her name so sorry if it’s wrong) about three times and she’s always friendly, attentive and goes out of her way to make our visits here the best! Once I left my phone on the table and the bus boy came out running to bring it to me! We sometimes go to other Olive Gardens but ultimately this location has the best service and the food is always delicious so we never hesitate to come back. This location has a great team!

The initial experience started out rough at the bar. I was moved to Rebecca section and requested the meeting. After informing him, I'd been in his establishment for 40 mins with no offer of water but got my soup after waiting area bit. Chris and Rebecca improved my experience. I enjoyed my margaritas and Zuppa soup thoroughly. Thanks for correcting the issue as a team!

Today’s date is December 5, 2024. I just placed an order for pick up. The young lady kept placing me on hold hanging the phone up. I called about three times then I was placed on hold for another 10 minutes asked to speak to a manager I was given to a manager name Mike Mike gets on the phone. I tell him I would like to place the order he asked me to home I’m on hold for another seven minutes. Mind you I had already been on hold for 10 minutes so now we’re at 17 minutes to place to go order. Brittany gets on the phone. Puts me on hold and comes back to the phone. This is unacceptable. Very rude and bad customer service I give Olive Garden a one star for takeout.

I was completely disturbed when our server Terrell brought our salad and hot food out at the same time... despite the fact that they were not busy at all. Then my fiance still had not gotten his soup. I had to send my entree back to allow time to consume my salad, and I didn't want my entree cold. My fiance soup was finally brought out, and while consuming it, his entree got cold. Then I ordered a drink, and asked to substitute the liquor for the alcohol of my choice, however upon receiving the check, I see I was charged for two separate drinks, and the server did not listen correctly to what I ordered. So I actually consumed something I don't drink or like. That was truly disturbing, and the deal breaker. Then to ads insult to injury, I had to ask the manager to come over to speak with us. Despite him knowing there were issues and concerns at the table. I felt that was a little biased and insulting. Definitely not Darden standards.

Clean space. Not very crowded. Seated rather quickly.

Parking: Has its own parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but not a kid place. It’s more of a family place. Also a very good date spot.

Upon arriving used restrooms, every stall and toilet was repulsive. Had to clean a toilet to use it, for me, my child, and an elderly woman. Was sat at a booth that was not clean, later found that there was food under our table. Ordered gnocchi soup, got a bowl w not one gnocchi in it. Waited over 30 min for another bowl and there was a piece of what I assume to be bacon fat(?) in soup. Pic of each bowl side by side, doesn't even look the same. Management visited the very few tables that were present n I informed him of all these issues. Said he would address w his staff. Nothing was done to rectify anything with me, the guest, the bathrooms or table. Server not attentive to us at all. If I ever eat at Olive Garden again it will never be this location. Highly suggest finding another location. Whoever owns this franchise cares 0% about cleanliness, or customer service obviously.

EXCELLENT Customer Service All you can eat soup and salad was really good and fresh.

Celebrated my son’s birthday at this location and received excellent service and food. We had a larger party and I want to call out our waiter, Ty, who did a fantastic job with ensuring all of our drinks stayed filled, plenty of salad and breadsticks and handling all of our special requests. He was such a pleasure and the food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend this location and Ty.

I was very disappointed with what we received for our $85 tab. The dessert was the issue…each piece of cake was $9 and for nearly $40, we got 3 melted and squished pieces of tiramisu cake. I use to love getting this cake from here, what a disappointment and waste of our hard earned money. Also, the bread wasn’t cooked, we had to put it in the air fryer when we got home. Try to avoid picking up if you can. In our case it was necessary but Going to take another long break from eating here again, especially for takeout.

Chicken Parma hard as heck and the salad family style had vegetables on the top and all lettuce in the bottom. What meal would I recommend none, this Is why they are closing down these restaurants because food servings like this. We had to remake the entire salad!!!
Really can’t say anything bad about the salad dressing it gets the thumbs up the rest leaves a lot to be required. As always (the truth)!!!!!

Vegetarian options: The salad is the worse, nothing but lettuce on the bottom.

Our waitress K was very good, the food was hot and it came out pretty quick. I would suggest to clean the cushions in the booth. My booth had french fries in between the cushions.
