HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called here the other night and placed an order for a special over the phone with no problem. Tonight I was told they can’t do it and everyone was just standing around looking lost. Even the manager wasn’t helpful.

Hi, I recently did a takeout last night just a cheese pizza.when I went home and bit into my pizza felt like something was chewy. So I spit it out and it was a big piece of PLASTIC I don’t know how it got in there but I didnt want to eat the rest. I am HIGHLY disappointed I’m going to figure out how to add the pictures cause this is ridiculous. i will be calling for a refund

Walked in at 09:33 07/25/25 a girl was at the register taking orders once I was up next she called the dude up who was preparing the orders to the register guess it was really important for her to put stickers on some boxes, but dude didn’t know nothing about taking orders or rather they had any specials for a cheese pizza soon as he told me 35 dollars for a 14’ cheese pizza I walked out Ik they might not care but this location gotta do better.

I live in McDonough, but I will drive here for decent Papa John’s pizza. This location isn’t perfect, but when they get it right, it’s RIGHT! Way better than any of the McDonough locations. My pizza today was DELICIOUS!

Good intentions. Pizza was hot but raw and undercooked big time. The wings are terrible gross. The driver bless his heart amazing. Too sad with food quality now days. Have not ordered delivery in like 5 yrs 😞. Wont order again

Plot twist. The pizza was ready too fast. I got there in 15 minutes. I can't say flat bread pizza is the best. I used to like it. I'm not sure what went wrong.

Lisa and her night crew.. how and why....🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ and then it took 12 minutes for them to get my refund 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ no food, horrible customer service and not to mention i had to wait behind 2 other complaints to get my refund
