Needless to say it was watery. I’m annoyed and to make matters worse they have a 73 C food rating. I see why. Definitely won’t be coming back here in the future. Waste of $8

Purchased two smoothies for $17 and when receipt printed out I was charged $21.88 . They added a $5 tip without my consent. Then I was told I pushed a $5 tip when there wasn’t even an option for a tip. When I tapped my phone the total showed $17

The honey is crystallized and I hate it like that? The presentation was terrible. I asked them before they even made it if they can put honey on the bottom and top. I paid extra, I also paid for coconut and they sprinkled it. I even heard the woman tell the young boy the way he cut the bananas and put them in didn’t look right. I was really looking forward to this bowl after spending pretty much $14 I don’t even want it no more. Btw the granola tastes old. Im sticking to the one in Fairburn. It’s way better.

Walked in to place an order Saturday at 12:30pm. Only to 4 walk in order & 3 online (orders behind get there order before me). So at 1:10pm. My order is still not ready. So are after built up frustration at 1:15pm, I cancelled my order. U would think with me waiting so long. Good customer service would have gave me the smoothie free, since i waited so long. Instead the refund my funds, (but tried to keep my tip). 😡
This location has went down so far, since the original owners sold it. I will never ever return here. I’m taking my business to Smoothie around the corner.

I wanted to make this review after going to Smoothie King, I tried this place first because my family wanted to but I got their smoothie bowl and my mom got a strawberry banana smoothie. The bowl is very large and overall it is very tasty and I liked it, but the actual base is very much smaller than it appears and there is more fruit and other toppings more than the base itself. So if you're a smoothie bowl fan who loves a lot of base, this place (Planet Smoothie) compared to Smoothie King uses way much more toppings than base, while Smoothie King uses a lot more acai base than toppings. Also, it did melt a lot on the way home and we got this when it was dark/ night time and I don't know how they store or freeze their ingredients but it melted pretty quickly. The smoothie was pretty good, it wasn't bad at all.
The cashier sounded a bit confused too when I wanted a smoothie bowl, on their menu it looked as if you can make your own bowl but it seemed like she wanted me to pick the pre-made ones already so I just chose one of those instead
The place is not the very best, it is somewhat dirty and doesn't look too clean. The fridge they have in the front is empty and filled, maybe they just happen to ran out of stock? or it was near closing? I'm not sure, but it didn't seem as professional or clean as Smoothie King.
3 stars for average, maybe 4 if it was cleaner. 4 stars itself for the actual drinks/smoothie bowls though. I just hoped the base was a bit more than the toppings :(

Jason,Joanna, and Mykiel were awesome. Very pleasant and accommodating they were friendly with me and each other. Made sure that my order was exactly what I wanted and I got Fiji smoothie and ice. I was/am completely happy with this level of service this morning.
This place is getting worse by the minute. I don’t know who the owner is but since I started coming here a few years back the quality of the smoothies and the customer service is going down… and going down fast. I sometimes skip this planet smoothie and will drive up north to Kennesaw just to get a good smoothie. I typically order the Amazon kick, and it’s never the same. Either too watery, too chunky, don’t taste well. And the customer service, wow, I walk in today and all three of the employees are sitting down. They didn’t stand up to assist me except the person who had to blend my smoothie. This place needs better management, better ingredients and better smoothie blending instructions, because clearly I am NOT the only one getting smoothies that are half blended, poor customer service or a watered down smoothie. It’s miserable coming here and honestly I believe I’ll save myself and go elsewhere to spend my money. This place has become trash 🚮.

I kid you not. I went up to the cashier and ordered a strawberry banana (juice base) smoothie. The cashier thought i wanted chunks of strawberries and banana served. She start telling me about other items on the menu that has strawberry and banana chunks. I had to approach another staff to place my order because clearly that cashier have to idea what a strawberry banana smoothie is. She must've been living under a rock. Terrible customer Service but the lady who i spoke to after the ordeal, help and was very nice. Few months ago, they hired someone who didn't even know that Smoothie King provided pop-ups. This location was great (food, service, atmosphere) but it seem as if Smoothie King replacing the good employees with one's who just want to pay their phone bill.

Terrible customer service! I don't usually go to this place but today I decided to stop by and I had to wait an unpleasant thirty minutes for an order and there were not customers ahead of me! Two new employees with errors from charging to errors in the order and ingredients in making the smoothies. Terrible, terrible service at this place. Definitely not recommended.
