I kid you not. I went up to the cashier and ordered a strawberry banana (juice base) smoothie. The cashier thought i wanted chunks of strawberries and banana served. She start telling me about other items on the menu that has strawberry and banana chunks. I had to approach another staff to place my order because clearly that cashier have to idea what a strawberry banana smoothie is. She must've been living under a rock. Terrible customer Service but the lady who i spoke to after the ordeal, help and was very nice. Few months ago, they hired someone who didn't even know that Smoothie King provided pop-ups. This location was great (food, service, atmosphere) but it seem as if Smoothie King replacing the good employees with one's who just want to pay their phone bill.

Terrible customer service! I don't usually go to this place but today I decided to stop by and I had to wait an unpleasant thirty minutes for an order and there were not customers ahead of me! Two new employees with errors from charging to errors in the order and ingredients in making the smoothies. Terrible, terrible service at this place. Definitely not recommended.

I went to this location today on my lunchbreak, and no one was in the store. I wanted for a few minutes, and a young lady came in with an attitude saying it was time for her to go. This was at 2pm. I didn't want anyone with that type of attitude making my food so I left and went to Smoothie King where I had a better experience. Unfortunately this made me late getting back to work.
They definitely don’t like juicing wheatgrass because EVERYTIME I go. They NEVER have any ready..I show up at 12pm she tells me it’ll be ready at 4pm. And that’s why I love the store in McDonough..they stay on their game!

I went after gym on the weekend and the gentleman that helped us was upbeat, professional and efficient. Then I came during the week and it was the complete opposite. The ladies were rude, unhelpful and upset that they were working. Thanks but no thanks!

I went to this Planet Smoothie on 9/11/24. I usually get the Mango smoothie. This time I ordered a large Strawberry Colada. It was weak and watered down. It had a hint of strawberry. I had to purchase strawberries, go home and add strawberries and other items to make it tasty. I think the young lady just put it together by sight. I don't think she used the required measurements of items to make the smoothie. No complaints about the server. I greeted her when I came in. She was quiet, took my order, and made the smoothie.
