The shopping experience is Great just watch out for cashiers with no helpers. If we’d had eggs and she’d throw them around like she was doing everything else they’d be already busted

This is the most unprofessional Place on the earth. We have placed orders and arrived to pick them up only to learn they are under staffed or just outright did not pull our order and we are left standing there with no answers. Today, we arrive to pick up our order and were told that we could not pick it up because my employee (who has been picking up for the last 3 or 4 years) was not listed as a pick up. We have never been asked that before on our business account which i have had since 1998. We come here 3-6 times a month. I called to speak to a manger and was left on hold for 36 minutes. In the meantime i added this particular employee to my address book online in my account only to be told she could not pick up because i added her after i placed the order! I’m done! I’m going to Cosco’s they deliver anyway!

It took me 7 hours to get one tire put on my truck i went to buys a few things and when i came out i had a flat tire so i went back in and they sold me a tire and when i went around to the shop after a couple hours i talked to not one but two managers and a total of 7 hours later my tire was changed they did not care i have a business account with this sams and im never going back and if any of my customers shop there i will not do business with them im taking my business account to cosco. Ps and i got my flat on there lot when i ran over the metal.
One-Stop shopping very convenient.
A recommendation is open more registers.
