The absolute rudest gal worked at the cash register. She wasn’t paying attention to any of us customers traveling two days after Thanksgiving she couldn’t get off of her phone. She had her phone on speaker and refused to get off her phone for 15 minutes. We had questions to ask about the menu and she didn’t even acknowledge us. My family Have medical concerns with food and we, instead of ordering for everybody ordered for one person and had to leave.. She was not wearing a name tag, but she was working Saturday, November 30, 2024 for lunch.

trash. just go to jjs or make it yourself, they redrop food and have the audacity to still hand it out like it isn’t overly cooked, my fries aren’t golden, they’re brown and squishy. y’all are lucky i hadn’t checked my food before leaving because i wouldn’t have paid and it would’ve been made over. fire the cook asap because yall were never pulling stunts like this, i’ll never be back.

When in Jonesboro I always go here because this company has great service, chicken and fries with a drink at a convenient price. Love eating here oh my God best seasoning.

The food was fantastic great flavor. The staff was friendly, Nice and Professional.
It's Best to Call it in, the wait was more than 15 minutes.
They only had one Cook.
He was trying to keep up with Call ins, Delivery and In Store Orders.

I just tried this restaurant for the first time. First off, I think that when a customer comes in to place an order, you shouldn't be on your personal cell phone and more wrapped up in that conversation than a customer.

Also, after a customer is waiting a long time for their food and you finally give it to them and they say thank you. It's common courtesy to say you're welcome.

The young lady that was taking orders today at 5:00 p.m. can definitely do better to treat customers like they're welcome. If it was my business that's what I would want For my customers. I didn't get that.
I haven't tasted the food yet. Will update

Pleasantly surprised and full. There’s another restaurant well franchise in the area I usually go to for fried chicken and seafood when I’m in the area but time didn’t permit. I’d seen Sharks before but never went in. Tonight it was late they were open and I said why not. Worse case I’ll go to the other place before I go home. No need! Sharks is on par with if not better than the other place even at 1130 pm.

The food was amazing. It was cooked fresh to order and was hot and came out in the 10 mins they told us. The only thing that would keep me from coming back is their cashier. She was very rude and said got upset because she didn't hear our order. She kept insisting we didn't order what we did then walked off and told Jamal she is trying to keep her composure and she had a long day and customers keep trying her. One thing about it and two for certain, with an attitude like that it's no wonder she works where she does and has the position that she has, she definitely showed her worth. I said what I said!!
