Sharks Chicken & Fish

Finally I have a filet of fish with flavor everything fresh make at the moment supper tasty, the only thing is the place was hot Idk if they don't have AC 🤷‍♀️ so I order for take out, but very good fish 👌

I love Shark, especially the locations actually in Chicago. I’m not sure if it’s a young person thing but the women up front have no sense of customer service especially the older girl wearing two pig tails in her hair. I even asked was she having a good day and she still had attitude. She would not be representing my establishment if I owned it.

The absolute rudest gal worked at the cash register. She wasn’t paying attention to any of us customers traveling two days after Thanksgiving she couldn’t get off of her phone. She had her phone on speaker and refused to get off her phone for 15 minutes. We had questions to ask about the menu and she didn’t even acknowledge us. My family Have medical concerns with food and we, instead of ordering for everybody ordered for one person and had to leave.. She was not wearing a name tag, but she was working Saturday, November 30, 2024 for lunch.

trash. just go to jjs or make it yourself, they redrop food and have the audacity to still hand it out like it isn’t overly cooked, my fries aren’t golden, they’re brown and squishy. y’all are lucky i hadn’t checked my food before leaving because i wouldn’t have paid and it would’ve been made over. fire the cook asap because yall were never pulling stunts like this, i’ll never be back.

When in Jonesboro I always go here because this company has great service, chicken and fries with a drink at a convenient price. Love eating here oh my God best seasoning.

The food was fantastic great flavor. The staff was friendly, Nice and Professional.
It's Best to Call it in, the wait was more than 15 minutes.
They only had one Cook.
He was trying to keep up with Call ins, Delivery and In Store Orders.
