The worker was on her phone instead of making the smoothies while there were multiple people waiting for over 15 minutes, and when the other worker showed up they were chatting and laughing while there were still many people waiting.

Placed an online order at 11:58 am and came at 12:20 pm to be told it hasn’t been made yet . It shouldn’t take 20 plus minutes for one smoothie .

I love Smoothie King but the one in this area is horrible!!! The worst customer service. I ordered 2 items through DoorDash and only received one. When called the store the worker told me to go pick it up and was blaming the dasher “because he should check that everything is there before leaving” I told her it’s their responsibility as well to check and she told me : Why are you taking it on me??” It was like dealing with an uneducated kindergarten kid!
They also send the smoothie without a bag! The dasher left it in the floor in the front door!!!!! They don’t use plastic or paper bag to send the food so the delivery person won’t touch it directly.
DiSSAPOINTED!!! Need professional and educated staff members.

I usually enjoy Smoothie King, but this recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I was greeted a sweet young lady name Ray who was very helpful. The service was slow, and the other staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. I waited over 15 minutes for a single smoothie, even though there were only a couple of people ahead of me. When I asked for an update, the employee was dismissive and borderline rude.
To make matters worse, Alissa had 2 guys to visit her whom got their smoothies upon arrival. The smoothie I received was poorly made—watery, bland, and not the quality I expect from this brand. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism and care from the team made the whole experience frustrating.
I hope this location improves its customer service and product quality because this visit left a bad impression. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve never experienced this with them . I pulled up to the store to pick up my order on my lunch ,which was ready at 3:45pm, just to wait & watch them make other peoples orders after I told them I was picking up. I waited 10+ min thinking they still had to make mine only for it to be ready in the back freezer the whole time. What an inconvenience literally nobody went to check when I first told them & I had to wait until someone else asked me again because they noticed I was waiting long smh!
