I’ve never experienced this with them . I pulled up to the store to pick up my order on my lunch ,which was ready at 3:45pm, just to wait & watch them make other peoples orders after I told them I was picking up. I waited 10+ min thinking they still had to make mine only for it to be ready in the back freezer the whole time. What an inconvenience literally nobody went to check when I first told them & I had to wait until someone else asked me again because they noticed I was waiting long smh!

they do what they want at this location. get attitudes when you come in at 8:30 (30 min before closing) and say they’re not serving this and that. In my case it was bowls for me and my mom. The attitudes suck, rolling eyes when they see people pull up, not speaking AT ALL when we come in acting like we’re a burden. then the “we’re not serving this anymore” 30 min + before just for their convenience is so unprofessional and i’m sure not according to standard. The man who walked in right after me was instantly refused and didn’t even get to say he wanted a smoothie or bowl. All three workers working around 8:30 9/12 had slight attitude. If you don’t like customer service.. you shouldn’t work in a restaurant
