All the vegetables were very very cold,peach cobbler were cold cold,cold the ladies bathroom was not clean,there were live roaches in the restrooms.Do not eat at this all you can eat buffet.My family I could’ve went to the Golden Corral,Their food is way better,.they keep food warm

This is my first time going to Soul food cuisine. I noticed as I passed by the sign was saying, new restaurant now open soul Food buffet. I decided to visit the restaurant along with my brother and we were greeted very kindly. Once I paid, I went to look at the food to see what I wanted to eat and everything looked horrible. Most of the pans were empty with no food in it. All the items were labeled wrong. You didn’t know what the item was unless you knew what you were seeing. However, the food seems to have been there for sometime. The meat were dry and the other entrées look very old and crusted over,. they needed to be stirred or rotated. The macaroni cheese, sweet potato soufflé, mashed potatoes all of it seems to have been there for sometime. Also, the flavor was very bland, no taste. I’m sorry to say that I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant . The total of the bill was $16.19 which includes the drink. Not worth it. ?

The buffet was the pits. Food was drying out. Staff not replenishing the food item. The presentation was awful. One nice cook asked if he can fry us a pork chop. The ones on line was horrible... The cashier was very nice‼️ I will not return

Very disappointed. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I was able to tell that most of the food was prepackaged. No favor to the greens, cabbage definitely not soul food, and who puts sugar in chicken salad… I can honestly say the best thing I ate was the Pork Ribs because they was tender and off the bone ready… If, I had any advice for them to stay open it would be, make sure the food is fresh (do not serve leftovers), make sure the food is at proper temperature for whatever it is. And please make sure before you open the door that all the food is out for your customers… AND WHY IS THE CAKES FROZEN???? HIRE A CAKE MAKER WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The food was cold. You can serve your own drinks which in my opinion is a good thing. The napkins aren’t in the table they’re in the buffet area. The tables are nice which really helps with the environment.
Food was absolutely horrible. I mean HORRIBLE‼️‼️‼️‼️ EVERYTHING ON THE BUFFET LINE AS OLD AND DRIER OUT. LOOK LIKE THE FOOD HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE DESERT ALL DAY.
