We were immediately greeted by Marilyn when we went in. She helped us with ordering on the kiosk, and helped us throughout our visit. The manager Brandon was very nice and helped and listened to us as well. The food was hot unlike some places, and the restaurant was very clean.

The wait was 45 minutes inside. I ordered 2 burgers, tenders, and Parmesan fries which were regular. đ I broke out in a rash while sitting on the sofa by the door which means that pleather isn't thoroughly sanitized.
This was 7 years ago, here I am January 6, 2026 looking for a refund for a meal I never even got after waiting over 30 mins at 9:49 pm Dec. 29, 2025. I donât even know why I even tried them out again. Manager said he couldnât refund me because the purchase was from last year, how funny. Literally been a week.

They refused to make my milkshake after waiting 27 minutes for it. A lady named âStarâ, who claims to be the manager, did not showcase any proper customer service and problem solution. These new employees are not good. Employees like this is what hurts and establishment and make long term and returning customers no longer want to return.

I do not know why this restaurant is still open. 20 years ago they had good food. I know that was a long time ago but their food is horrible. My burger was over cooked it was dry and hard and flat. We asked for crispy fries and waited on them. The fires were cold, saggy, and nasty. The entire meal was nasty.

Fantastic Service! The food and atmosphere are exactly what you expect with Steak n Shake. However, kudos to Ms. Marilyn, her Service and attention to customers, especially in a mostly self serve venue, was absolutely delightful. Best Steak N Shake ever!
