We specifically stopped to get milkshakes as a treat after traveling all day long but guess what they were out of almost every flavor! Eventually, we had to just ask what WAS available and pick from 3 or 4 of the worst options. Girl could have cared less and they were subpar. I was so disappointed and irritated we drove out of the way for Steak and Shake to pay so much for unsatisfactory milkshakes.

I ordered a shake, chili fries, and onion rings and I got 2 little fries and a shake ? my total was over 30$. Not happy at all.
My first time there and the drive-through service took twenty minutes and more from ordering to getting your food. They were out of several of the shake toppings and ketchup. I ordered the garlic double burger with bacon, but when I finally got up to the window, I was told that I ordered the double steak burger. I know what I ordered, can see and read the menu quite well, and the employee at the window, calls me baby and tells me what I ordered! I, after all the waiting, told her whatever, I'll take it. Horrible service.

I was visiting the restaurant with a nephew, his wife, and their kid.
The food and drinks were really good. An extraordinary lady took control of our order and served to us. Also, she helped us in serving the soda because the square codes didn't work properly.
I would say that the location was very clean in general.
Unfortunately, some clients' behavior is very questionable. Putting almost a roll of toilet paper inside the toilet and creating a complete mess is not right. I informed this to the crew because this kind of situation creates a bad image of the place.
Parking: The place a lot drive through orders. It was a long lane passing by to get their food.
