I forget about Steak and Shake, but one day I had a taste for a burger! My burger was the best burger Iāve had! Everything was fresh, especially the tomato, pickles, and onions! When a burger makes you hum, thatās a good burger! I gave them 4 stars because I have to be honest, I went through the drive through. But, I parked to eat my burger. Opened the box and I saw a hair in the box. I closed the box and flew back through drive through. Normally, I drive off to eat. I was so glad this wasnāt one of those times.
They redid my burger, and gave me some fries free! The young lady at the window apologized vehemently. I told her no problem, and I meant that. The longer we live we know that things happen. They took time and made it right. Iām good with that! Iām not trying to make anyoneās day hard, just give me a burger with no hairšš. Iām here to make peopleās lives easier.

Iām pregnant and they served me a raw frisco melt! 20 weeks pregnant and they served me a raw frisco melt ! And makes comments like donāt leave a review and donāt sue us ? Are you serious right now I would be more concerned about the pregnant women who you served raw meat to !

Went in, only kiosk, about to leave, when Mrs Marilyn stepped up to help us with our order. She made our experience great. Do not like the new impersonal service world. Nothing can replace a warm hearted person. Thank you Mrs. Marilyn!
Everything was fantastic! My burger was beyond great. Veggies was very fresh. The fries were hot and my orange dream shake...top notch. I truly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.

Fries are delicious You have to scan your receipt to get a drink , which is is ridiculous , UNLESS you tell me I need a receipt while Iām at the kiosk. I did not see a receipt come out and did not look for one so I walked away , and when I went to get a drink, could not. The girl working with the take out orders was very nice as were all the employees , but did not seem to know how to solve this. Another woman was complaining of the same thing. I ended up leaving with no drink , even though I paid for one. This is a very annoying issue that is easy to fix. Thatās why they get 3 stars instead of 5

Customer service and food was great. The classic double steak burger was great, it really reminds you of a smash burger minus the grilled onions. You def can taste the difference between how they prepare and cook their food compared to say McDonald's.
