unfortunately the overnight guy had a lot to do so he asked me to order online which is totally okay because i worked a similar job and my manager made ppl order online because he didn’t like dealing with them in person. the issue is that this guy lacks so much urgency. i’ve been in this store for 40 minutes now waiting on the food. it didn’t help that my sister yelled at him about 20 minutes in so maybe he was being petty. based on the other reviews though i’m sensing this guy needs a new job. as im typing this he now has a line of 5 more people and he hasn’t spoken to or looked at any of them in the 15 minutes it’s taken to put the sandwich toppings on

24 hrs with a bunch of stipulations… you can’t even walk in and order at 9. They make you place an online order then you have to wait until all the other orders are complete.. even if you’re the only person in there smh

I didn’t even get to order they want you to wait for them to get when they should be ready 24 hours a day I don’t have time to wait which is the reason I came to Subway. I thought it would be something quick and easy yet, the girl had an excuse that she had just Got there and hasn’t even clocked in yet I waited about five minutes called her three times and she didn’t come to the front until I called her that third time this is crazy
I ordered 3 FL subs online and my order was confirmed at 2:17pm to be ready at 2:35. At the time there was only 1 employee and 2 people ahead of me who had submitted online orders. While sitting and waiting inside I got notified that my order was ready at 2:35, but it hadn’t even been started. A second employee came in at 2:30 and they discussed being behind. But instead of jumping right in to help she stood and just visited for 10+ minutes. Then the first girl finished the first order. They stood and visited some more. Then the 2nd employee started working on sandwiches while the other did some little side jobs and talked about moving a ladder in the back room. There was no urgency to get the orders done even though me and another customer were waiting. So instead of working together to fill orders 1 person worked while taking lots of breaks to make eye contact and emphasize the story she was telling loaded with profanity and talk of “beating someone’s ass”. I proceeded to watch her make 2 of my sandwiches completely wrong, because she was too preoccupied with her story to pay attention. Even though she checked the receipt multiple times to verify ingredients my sandwich was made on the wrong bread, with a lot of mayo when I ordered less and missing my cucumbers. My daughters sandwich was worse. She hadn’t wanted mayo or mustard and got both, as well as spinach and tomatoes, which she hadn’t ordered. And our sandwiches were complete at 3:10, almost a full hour after we ordered, and 35 minutes after they were supposed to be finished. But the employees lack of care to have people sitting and waiting while they are busy socializing instead of doing their job was beyond ridiculous.

The overnight person needs to be fired immediately he was extremely rude and slamming stuff down and huffing and puffing when we would ask for chips and a drink with our order he proceeded to let people go in front of me and ignore us when we spoke.I understand everyone has a hard day but he was a nasty person we got there at 11:30 he didn’t start serving us until 12 and nobody was in front of us

Amazing young woman helped us and she was so great made my sandwich perfectly definitely needs a raise for how she treated us! And made our food everything was clean and she was by herself ! Keep going 💪🏼

The girl at the register today I got a 12-in sub but two different things on them. She rung me up for a 12-in sub and a 6-in sub. The total was $20 and some change so I went back to her to tell her that she overcharged me. She got on the phone start texting someone after about 5 minutes. She gives me $3 and some change back. So I tell her no. You should have charged me for a footlong sub because I got a footlong sub. Just two different ingredients on each side. She said oh that's my bag and that was it. She did not return me my $8 she returned to me $4. It's sad but these children that are being hired don't have the sense of a dog. I honestly believe what she is doing is she's overcharging people keeping the receipts and then after they leave the store she's refunding herself the money and that's how she's getting her extra money

Nadia and Allison at the Subway on Mt. Zion Rd. I think its Morrow, GA they are rock stars. My visit was perfect. Excellent customer service. They were low on bread and informed me immediately. They are friendly and definitely sandwich artists. Fast service. I'll definitely be back

Place a mobile on subway app @ 9:45PM . Arrived at 10PM and my order isn’t ready yet and it’s almost 10:45PM 1 Hour later. My first and last time ordering from here. I wish I could give 0 stars for service. Avoid this place!!!
The worker was very clean, she washed her hands before putting on gloves. She made my sandwich to perfection....

It saddens me to write this much needed review but corporate needs to hear this! This guy in this picture here not only looks unprofessional but his attitude is worse! From being a customer to a delivery driver (3rd party) he is extremely great at being rude. Tonight I walked in he screamed “Online orders only!”. I went online to check and it said online orders offline. I walked up to him advising such he stated he didn’t know the system was done and I offered to pay card and cash he declined. Because I know how to run a business I advised him I would contact corporate to inform them he is stealing time and he did what I thought he would do (he made online orders available on that tablet). Instead of going back and forth with him over a sandwich I took my business to Waffle House!
