Nadia and Allison at the Subway on Mt. Zion Rd. I think its Morrow, GA they are rock stars. My visit was perfect. Excellent customer service. They were low on bread and informed me immediately. They are friendly and definitely sandwich artists. Fast service. I'll definitely be back

Place a mobile on subway app @ 9:45PM . Arrived at 10PM and my order isn’t ready yet and it’s almost 10:45PM 1 Hour later. My first and last time ordering from here. I wish I could give 0 stars for service. Avoid this place!!!

It saddens me to write this much needed review but corporate needs to hear this! This guy in this picture here not only looks unprofessional but his attitude is worse! From being a customer to a delivery driver (3rd party) he is extremely great at being rude. Tonight I walked in he screamed “Online orders only!”. I went online to check and it said online orders offline. I walked up to him advising such he stated he didn’t know the system was done and I offered to pay card and cash he declined. Because I know how to run a business I advised him I would contact corporate to inform them he is stealing time and he did what I thought he would do (he made online orders available on that tablet). Instead of going back and forth with him over a sandwich I took my business to Waffle House!

The management here is extremely unfair, poor and unprofessional. They leave the food sitting in frost bite along with improper hygiene techniques. Knowing what I do about this place I would never eat or work here or his other location by the Southlake mall; with the way they handle the food and how the owner (Dennis) badly treats his employees and tries to finesse young kids/adults like myself out of our money and hours.

this was the second subway i came to today this location is cleaner than the one at the gas station. the girl rudely tried to correct me about bread as if I didn’t know what it was when it’s the only bread I eat there the other young lady in there is very sweet but with better training and coworkers she’ll be amazing to work by herself. They seem to both lack knowledge of the bread they have , prices & and what goes on the sandwich so I’m confused on how they’re working their shift without supervision. Service is better during the first shift.

Picked up a light night order. We are all tired. Store needs help. Food was sitting in frost bitten trays. I’m surprised no one has gotten sick from here. And oh my goodness the alarm for incoming online orders is ridiculously problematic. I am giving 3 stars because the gentleman behind the counter looks so tired but he’s working hard and honest and we need to recognise people like Mike 🤙 q

Worst subway I ever been at in my life, terrible service! The woman in there with the braces was the rudest woman I’ve ever came across in my life. She had an attitude problem because she seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. I didn’t even want any of my food she prolonged to make without acknowledging or greeting me. She needs to be fired immediately, whoever recruits workers for this place needs to be reviewed as well. If you looking at a subway don’t ever go here. The service is absolutely the worst. The fact that I was the only person in there and got treated like this goes to show you what type of environment it is. That lady needs some help
