I call to let them know they put beef in my food when everything was supposed to be chicken; the young man states bring the receipt to get the food remade correctly. I let him know nobody gave a receipt and we were asked to pull up and our food would be brought to us and he hangs up! Very rude and not concerned of the customer needs. I would give all zeros and really no stars!

My experience at this fast food restaurant was highly unprofessional. There was confusion in the drive-thru over whether my tacos were regular or supreme. When I pointed out the mistake upon receiving my order, the cashier, Chrisnya, responded with an attitude, waving her hands dismissively. Her manager then mirrored her behavior. I was rudely interrupted as I tried to explain, only for the manager to contradict me instead of addressing my concern respectfully. This level of customer service was disappointing and disrespectful.
Update: Just opened my tacos and the quality/ quantity of my meat serving is unacceptable

As of 7-11-2024 this establishment needs to be shut down after serving bad meat.. ground beef had the worst taste ever.. Instantly ruined my whole meal.. every beef item smelled rotten.. I will never return back to this restaurant
I’m a government worker and I came here after work. I ordered a Crispy Cantina Taco and a freeze… I received my order to see the taco shell was overcooked and the cheese was thrown onto the taco. And the taco shell itself was completely broken… I thought, no biggie. And went through the drive through to tell the cashier, who acted unconcerned and told me that the taco didn’t come to me that way. I then just asked nicely for him to make me another one, and tried to give him back the taco. He didn’t take it. I then waited for a new taco. THIS taco had MULTIPLE HAIRS IN IT. So I took it back inside and politely asked for a refund after showing the product had MULTIPLE HAIRS IN IT… And the cashier had a weird attitude as if I was to blame for their mistake. And then proceeded to throw out for me to return the other taco as well because they were supposed to take it and throw it out. This is why I don’t go to this Taco Bell. This is how you treat government workers??? Insane. I was nothing but nice.

Frequently forget items on an order, or told they don't have items after ordering on mobile and no compensation or offer to fix the issue. Had the Street chalupas from other taco bell locations and they're delicious, though the ones we got from this location were burnt, had bad (or unfavorable) chicken, essentially inedible.

Two men were kind. Women working was very unpleasant. Freeze machine was down was down, which was fine however wasn’t told until after we paid. She acted as if it was a bother to just give us a cup for a drink we had already paid for. When asking for the items they didn’t receive we were treated like we were a bother with eye rolling.
