First off I want to say that if your ever consider ordering anything from here other than the freezes or Cinnabon delights I would consider driving the extra 10 minutes to your local Mexican restaurant or even local taco stand that’s in the gas station, at least there you’ll get something called consistency and flavor. I order a bunch of stuff for my first time at Taco Bell, the chalupas looked good but when I asked for no onions they put onions in. No big deal, I told them about it and they remade it for me. How happy I was until I got it remade and saw they only put in 4 small pieces of steak (see picture below). I didn’t know they was this stingy I would’ve went to chipotle if I knew that. I also ordered the cheesy bean and rice burrito and added in steak and sauce. They should’ve renamed it to the bean burrito and miscellaneous because by the time I got halfway to the burrito there was nothing in it other than beans ( there’s no picture below of this because I threw it away at how disgusting it was). I honestly don’t know how people eat this but to each their own.

Will and Alicia D. did a great job helping me find some comfort food after my knee surgery this week. I really wanted a quality slushy and Will was willing to mix the dragon fruit and strawberry without hesitation… Then when I left and saw that they forgot my chips and cheese I went back and they gave me an extra one for the trouble. I really appreciate having restaurants like this in my neighborhood, especially at times like this when I’m in a lot of pain… thank you Will! Thank you Alicia D!

Visited this restaurant on 05/08/25 for lunch for me and my son and April was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. As someone who has worked in retia management for 18 years, when I visit other businesses, customer service goes a long way with me. She was extremely nice, and I love to see that positivity when visit businesses. The food was great and couldn't ask for anything more.

I call to let them know they put beef in my food when everything was supposed to be chicken; the young man states bring the receipt to get the food remade correctly. I let him know nobody gave a receipt and we were asked to pull up and our food would be brought to us and he hangs up! Very rude and not concerned of the customer needs. I would give all zeros and really no stars!

My experience at this fast food restaurant was highly unprofessional. There was confusion in the drive-thru over whether my tacos were regular or supreme. When I pointed out the mistake upon receiving my order, the cashier, Chrisnya, responded with an attitude, waving her hands dismissively. Her manager then mirrored her behavior. I was rudely interrupted as I tried to explain, only for the manager to contradict me instead of addressing my concern respectfully. This level of customer service was disappointing and disrespectful.
Update: Just opened my tacos and the quality/ quantity of my meat serving is unacceptable
I like how they stick to old taco bell besighn on the inside have not been here in while so not sure if anythings changed
