First time visiting this Taco Bell during traveling. Food was fresh and the service was excellent!

They take forever to make a order and when they make it wrong after waiting 45 minutes and you bring it back they still won't refund the money. Terrible management and lazy employees. Seek your food services elsewhere!

I don't know what was wrong with "ZAMARIYA B." tonight 2/25/24, but "ZAMARIYA B." attitude was not needed "AT ALL". People like "ZAMARIYA B." is the reason drama & fight brakes out at restaurants. This is bad customer service and this looks bad on management for having "ZAMARIYA B." at the window knowing she has a attitude problem or she has something personal going on with home or work. "ZAMARIYA B." needs customer service training "BAD"!!!!! At this point I will pay to get her trained. This is sad!
This location always gets my special orders correct in a timely fashion! I appreciate that so much!!

Taco bell has gone down hill significantly. They have gone to cheap. I ordered a soft taco and it was so small I folded it in half and put the whole taco in mouth. I might do a video for fun on you tube to show just how sad the taco is. There soda machines don't works well. And the quality and quantity is poor. The price is ridiculous for food I threw away in garbage. I use to love taco bell as a teen. As a adult almost 30 I'm disappointed in the company.

I have been to this location a couple of times. The restaurant, bathrooms and grounds are always clean. My orders arrived quickly and accurately. Each time I had a burrito supreme combo and dined in. The restroom is one of the cleanest I have seen at a fast food restaurant. The only quibble is that the drink machine does not always have a good mix of carbonated water to syrup. Sodas can lack zip as a result. Overall, this is a very good location. Kudos to the employees for making it happen.

ordered 50$ worth of stale tortillas!! meatless and stale shells was what I received. I was hesitant to eat there , for a good reason, it was horrible!never will I eat Taco Bell again.
07/09/23 At night, a young lady with dreads took my order and was very rude, couldn’t help me at all and just told me to keep going. she also rushed me even tho i was the only one there and slammed the window on me. I checked my meal when i got home and was missing a part of my order. worst place ever !!!

No ice in our drinks... Missing half our order ... when we went back in to tell them hey, we're missing half our order they told us we were out of that particular item... like why would you charge us for something that you didn't have?

The food quality was horrible. I ordered nachos and nacho fries for myself. There was something in the nacho cheese for my fries that I could not identify. Pieces of other food I guess. The nachos barely had toppings. I was left with a lot of dry nachos. And the chips were stale. This location just opened back up. They should have remained closed. I won’t go back to this location again.

They took my money I never got my order they got my order wrong there was an allergy concern and they would not refund me they refused to refund me I have to contact corporate even the girl in the Drive-Thru window was arguing with my then seven-year-old. They asked me to pull to the door to the but they never came out to the door.
