We visited here while in the area, not many customers in it. Order went ok, fries were cold but got a new order, almost no cheese for them but also got corrected. Kay did a terrific job taking care of us, she displayed a professional attitude while performing her job, well done, Kay.

Horrible customer service. The tall employee with the oversized lashes was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked for her name, she repeatedly said “why, why, why” instead of responding professionally. The constant neck rolling, attitude, and dismissive behavior were completely uncalled for while I was simply trying to place an order. This was beyond unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the business. If you cannot treat customers with basic respect, customer service—especially fast food—is clearly not the right job.

Usually come with a 50-60$ order around 8-10. Hot time, got it cool. Idc about wait. I care about crap food. Especially when I order large fries and large mtn dew baja blast drinks, and so on. I’ve worked fast food, especially high rate fast food. It’s ridiculous that’s it’s a literal continuous factor no matter who goes in.

Stopped by the drive thru to pick up a mobile order I already paid for and got barely any confirmation to pull up. Pulled up to the window to be met with the serving door slammed in my face and irritation after calling me the wrong name. Finally received a bag of food with the wrong name on it after watching the same employee walking around doing nothing. After bringing this up to the employee she demanded my name again and slammed the door and began complaining about me. Finally received the right food after they put it in the mobile pickup area in the building not the drive thru. Insane service don’t come here unless you want to be mocked and met with attitude.

Please make sure you’re checking your receipt because they are rounding up without permission and catching an attitude that you’re requesting a refund

DISGUSTING!!!! Why did my taco taste like it came out of a freezer??? Burrito look like dog food. The older lady that work the window was utterly annoyed that she had to clock in today. Wont be back

We drive into the drive through around 7:15pm on Saturday night and didn’t leave the drive through until almost 7:30pm. Several hours later both my husband and my friend are sick from the meat.
Slow and obviously not sanitary.

Extremely slow… this is the complete opposite of “fast food” waited for 20 minutes for a been and cheese burrito and a nacho… I haven’t had Taco Bell in years and now I see why not

I’d give this place negative stars if possible.

I walked in to pick up an order that I had made via the app. There was a female Hispanic looking employee sitting in the dining area using her phone who asked me if I had a pick up order, I replied yes, and she asked me for my name.

As I said my name, a secondary employee who was standing by my order on the line asked for the name and I stated my name again. The employee sitting in the dining area entered the kitchen (did not wash her hands) and proceeded to finish packing my order. As she was doing so, she mocked how I said my name to the secondary employee in a way that made me sound like I had an intellectual disability as I stood there at the counter a couple feet away from her.

When she turned around and saw my face, her demeanor changed as she realized I had heard what she said.

She reeks of unprofessionalism — quite fitting of a location riddled with service deficiencies: orders not being made on time, orders not being made at all and only started after I arrive and provide my name, orders missing items, or orders being made incorrectly.

If I was the franchise owner, I’d be ashamed to have someone who thinks that kind of behavior is acceptable in the work place.
