Yvonne exceeded my expectations for customer service!!! Extremely polite and professional. I even told my family and church members about my experience because unfortunately you don’t receive this type of service often from our youth today. Give her a raise, or train her for lead/supervisor position.

The street taco chalupa the steak kind is very delicious only thing is it needs more steak inside but other than that it was really fresh hot and delicious and the chicken was amazing I will be returning they were delicious thank you Taco Bell for amazing lunch if you have not tried the steak or the chicken street tacos chalupa don't walk run they are so delicious and that taco shell is so crunchy with the cheddar cooked on the outside I really enjoyed it in the fries perfect perfect 10 out of 10

Was told to pull up - 20 minutes later nothing 😡 - went inside and was told that my food had been ready - ok..... Why did you have me pull up???????? Everybody worried about speed of service but in reality - this is the type of service that makes a customer not come back to your place of business...

Had a hard time getting what I wanted.. one thing that upset me dearly is getting overcharged for rice. According to the website, a side of rice is only .60 & not the 1.79 I was charged. Also, the portion I received doesn't match the 1.79 price I paid. I feel cheated out of my hard earned money. No, I won't refer a friend!

On a snowy day in Atlanta January 10, 2025, Tanesha was the only person a work and she is the manager. She was dedicated and willing to serve as I was looking for a place to eat which not many places were open. She delivered excellent customer service and I will definitely be back.
