Love this place to study and chill and love their boba too but the last couple times i’ve come in i feel like the person making my drink was rushing … the last time i came my drink had too much ice and when i asked for extra boba i open the drink to find that there’s just a huge blob of boba stuck together. it looked gross and completely ruined the vibe

UPDATE! We come back on Dec 2nd, and ordered 2 Bột chiên (fried rice cake - check the photos) Since the disappointment last time, I’m glad that we’re definitely have a better experience this time. The soy sauce is so good, tastes just like what I’ve had in Saigon. The rice cakes could be frying a little longer to create a crispy crust. They’re very generous with the eggs, but it was room temperature even though the rice cakes are still warm (?!) Overall this is our favorite so far. For $13.50, fried rice cake deserves a 8.5/10. We ordered Seafood ramen ($13.99) & Beef fried rice ($13.50). They came out in disposable plates which is disappointing, I hope you guys can change it. 0. Honestly it would be better with more broth, it’s also lack of flavor. Give it a try if you’re a fan of spicy ramen. Fried rice: 7/10. We do like the beef, not a fan of this type of rice. Cookie & Cream: this one deserves a 9/10. Overall the vibes are cozy and nice. We’re probably come back for other things on the menu.

When my daughters ordered a waffle and drinks they took forever to make the waffle while the drinks just sat there melting. Then when we finally got the waffle it was under cooked. The drink they had to remake twice because of simple mistakes. I’m just disappointed in the service and food.

Update 9/6/25 They changed the coffee jelly. It used to be rectangle and a decent size. Now it is square and extremely small. It doesn't seem to be as strong anymore, maybe to the change.
What is the secret to parking? Unfortunately, I did not get to try this place due to limited parking :/ giving three stars to post review and by looks of the menu.
