My bartender Courtney took good care of me and my friends. He make us feel welcome every time I come and have drinks.
Courtney was an amazing bartender! Highly recommended!

Very devastated in how my family and I were treated tonight at Friday’s. A place that we’ve celebrated graduation, birthdays, etc..
My family and I (party of 7) dined at Fridays and for the most part, everything was going well.
That is until the check came.
I noticed that the prices on my check were not the same as they were listed on the menu. After the 4th item, I pointed it out to the server. After stating that the items were “taxed” she started to go line for line and by the time we got to the 3rd item she says “so pretty much everything” I agreed and she offered to take the bill to her manager. After waiting quite a while, the server comes over to the table with a refill that no one asked for and walked away. Shortly after she returned with the bill. But this time the price was higher than the original bill. She said “my manager just added a discount for you and I forgot to add the service charge so I added it”. My fiancé, who at this point ran out of patience, just pays the bill. I was very unhappy with how it was handled and ask to speak to the manager.
She comes seemingly frustrated because as I’m addressing my concerns, she rudely cuts me off and tell me what the server told her. I told her that I didn’t appreciate being cut off and that I wasn’t done talking. At that point Courtney says “whatever, are you done? Did you pay your bill? If you have any further issues call 1-800-Friday” and walked away leaving us extremely confused. I asked her name before she could get too far and without even turning back around she yells out “Courtney”
While walking the kids to the car my 11yr old says “wow, she just cut you off”. My fiancé went back inside to see if we had done something wrong. Courtney shared with him that I spoke to her “like she was a child” and that she was now “uncomfortable” talking to him so he concluded the conversation unsure as to what he did or said that made her feel so uncomfortable.
I have no plans on ever going back to this establishment simply because they are stealing and when they were asked to correct it, gets hostile and ups the bill with a service charge for a party of 7.

I had a wonderful experience. Towana was excellent and everyone was so helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with such friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this to others. I look forward to returning soon.

If I could give him 10 stars I would! Courtney the bar tenders provided exemplar service and professionalism. My husband and I just wanted to get a quick bite and drink. We went to Las Trojas at first, but the hostess sat us at a dirty table. So that set the tone (at least I thought) for the day. We swiftly left Las Trojas and went to TGI Fridays. We sat at the bar. Thank goodness we did. Courtney was friendly, kind, and professional. He served us with a smile and inquired about our taste. I didn't like my drink. He didn't say "Well that's what you ordered." He said , ok let me make it better. And he did just that. He made an original drink that was delicious 😋. We are calling it the Spicy Elephant 🐘. I can't say enough about Courtney. In today's world people are rude and just uncaring. His customer service was top notch! I'll be back!

I came to this location because I was a hour away from home and wanted to eat my favorite sandwich that I haven't had in years. When I entered there was no one to greet you at the door so I sat at the bar. The bartender said hello and from there it was bad from him, Courtney was his name. He asked me if I wanted a drink and I asked him about a drink and if it was good he stated "it sells". I said I'm sorry what does that mean? Ppl come in and buy it so it sells. From there I ordered a drink and my food. The food came out fast and we did have a problem with the chicken being under cooked. The chef came back with a replacement sandwich and it was amazing the chef was so friendly and nice. I was honestly nervous to tell the bar tender there was an issue with the food because of his attitude. As soon as I told him he turned his back to me so I stopped talking and repeated myself and he said he has to get the manager. As he walked to the back you can see the aggravation in his face as if my undercooked food was my fault and I'm just doing to much. This could of been a wonderful experience if it wasn't for the bar tender. This use to be a place I would bring my kids but with the rude service I can't see myself returning. If there were more kind ppl like the chef even with mistakes I would return but there is a major need for customer service training.
