This place really has gone down on its customers service. We waited for 20 mins & no attention to detail for the customers. We sat down & nothing after that. No one cared to take our orders. They have 6 servers! Literally more workers than a pharmacy. I don’t get it. So many servers looked at us and never bothered to ask us for our orders. We sat & watched all the tables getting their food. Literally everyone was eating but us. The other servers were just sitting down lol. They came to clean the table next to us, BUT no service for us. Finally, some guy (short & stubby) came & asked “has anyone taken your orders”? I said “no, we’ve been waiting for 15 mins” … No apologies. No service. He walked away !!!!!!!!!!! And attended another table!!!!!! Like OMG are you serious?!!! Livid. The worst service I’ve ever had in 30 yrs of my life. This used to be a good restaurant but looks like they hired new ppl & they truthfully suck. Never again. You just lost a loyal customer lol, but I guess you don’t care anyway.

Ordered the beef and brisket pho and it was tasty. Broth has great flavor however the service is extremely poor. Soon as we came in we were just asked how many with no greeting, then we were sat at a table and chairs the menus practically thrown at us on the table. Then a total of three different servers came to ask us what we wanted to order within a few minutes of being seated ( back to back to back) --we felt extremely rushed and the restaurant was not busy.

Went here for the first time today and got the beef pho with the flank and brisket, I asked them to not include the tendon as ive had it before at other locations and don't care for it. I got it to go and I don't drive but within the 10/15mins it took me to walk home the broth was still so hot I had to wait for it to cool before I could eat it. This is a good thing. The broth was very flavorful and they do not skimp out on the portion. I got the large for a little under $17 and it's well worth the price. I ate 2 servings in one sitting and still have some leftover. I will definitely return. Also the gentleman working this evening was very nice and helpful.
