The person at the register was not the best. I was placing a togo order and when the cashier rang it up it was $3 more than the menu price, she showed me another menu with pricing set for togo orders. It showed that a gratuity would be added bringing the cost from 12 to 15 before taxes. I informed my friend that a tip was added to the order. The cashier informed me that a gratuity was not a tip and that I should tip. Good thing I know better.

First the restaurant was NASTY. It took a moment to be seated because the tables were dirty, the floor looked like it had not had seen a broom or mop since I was an employee at Waffle House in the 2000's. The waitress Niara has a awful attitude,we were rushed in in ordering ,she brought the check and did not check on us anymore. Employees dancing behind the counter, the air so high can chill a beer which caused the food to get cold quickly. That's not the Waffle House Way that I remember. Do better!

Usually pretty good and chill crew just want to share my story. I ate in the restaurant ordered the Allstar and asked if the waffle could be packed Togo. They ended bringing it with the food which was no problem. Waitress got the waffle packed it up and left it by the waffle makerš¤¦š½āāļøš so once I paid I definitely forgot to ask for my waffle back. Knew I should have asked for it when I noticed. Food was so good it slipped my mind. So now that one home Iāve be looking around for my waffle for a good 15 minutes and yea. This is why š

Today, I attempted to eat at this Waffle House. Just a week ago I ate at this same location and my experience was great! However, today was quite different. I entered and approached the front counter for assistance. There were two waitresses there chatting. I asked to be seated at a table. I was instructed to have a sit in one of the silver chairs until a table became available. I patiently waited for about 10 - 15 mins before two young men walked in and seated themselves at a a dirty empty table near the restrooms. I thought for sure Iād be seated next because I was there first! I didnāt complain, I just continued to wait patiently. Moments later I was advised the restaurant was busy and if I wanted service I would have sit at a low table or at the counter and that there had to be two to a table. Last week, I ate alone at table - while it was busy. If I didnāt run the risk of another injury - Iām legally disabled (TBI and spinal cord injury) I would have sat at the counter. And sitting at the low table isnāt pleasant for me either. Thereās usually food and trash on the floor (work station) workers yelling out order at each other and a lot of close contact and movement in that area. I cant enjoy a meal and look at trash at the same time. I just wanted to have a a hot meal but the experience was ruined by a lack luster waitress that decided it was more important to stand and chat rather than do her job and provide a little customer service. I spoke to her before I left. I said to her, āyou know thatās some bsā her replay was have a nice day! I left! There was no need to stay in a restaurant that treat customers poorly.

The food was great. But, there was a very angry server there who I assumed was having a bad day, and she wanted everyone to know. Very unprofessional. I dont go to Waffle House for top-notch service, but I've had better at other locations.

Everything was fine until I found hair in my hash browns, more specifically they were intertwined in the mushrooms. Needless to say I was disappointed.

Our waitress was great. The food was great. The service was great. I would give this five stars if the staff had not been openly bickering amongst themselves throughout our entire visit. That is not a good look for any establishment.

visited this walmart for the first time. the waiters were very friendly and polite. it was our servers birthday and she never mentioned it . our food was hot and seasoned very well i will definitely return back here for breakfast once im back on this side of town. the atmosphere wasnāt so great due to them allowing a dog to eat at the table and lick the table with paws touching it. thatās just nasty in my eyes and it wasnāt a service dog.
