The girl who took my order was rude and rushing me. Then I pulled up to the window no sign no one there waited until I could pull up to the next one and was told I had to go back around and wait at the other window. There were 3 cars behind me. Horrible customer service.

This had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had from Wendy’s ever from the attitudes and customer service on down to the quality of the food. I am highly displeased with the service I received tonight after I paid $12 for my meal. I’m not sure what kind of system they are running but the chicken tenders taste like they had been cooked and then re-cooked… The fries were terrible. They didn’t have any baked potatoes and Did I mention that the customer service was terrible? Will not be returning.
Pick a different Wendy's. If you want to be met with attitude and excessively long waits (which is wild cause fast food, but I digress) then come here. Customer service is non-existent. Except for one young lady, short hair, she's always on it. Everyone else? Good luck. I've had to reach out more than once to customer service cause this place is terrible. Don't ask for any drink that doesn't come out of a machine cause they don't know how to do that either. You've been warned. Choose elsewhere.

Terribly ran store. You can almost guarantee that the employees don’t wanna work or do there job. Good luck get your order correct or them having to make a frosty. It’s absolutely pitiful that people can be so content and have zero drive behind their own work ethic. It’s almost like they mess your order up or have the worst customer service just as a game. Every single person should be fired and people hired that actual appreciate having a job.

I recently placed a mobile order through the Wendy’s app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I accidentally pulled away before receiving my full order. I called back to let them know I was coming back, and the manager, Tangie, immediately knew who I was. She apologized right away and explained that she had tried to flag me down before I left.
Even though it was completely my fault for driving off too soon, Tangie was so kind and professional. She took responsibility for the mix-up and offered to make things right, going above and beyond to make sure my order was complete.
I’ve had other drive-thru experiences where items were missing, but this was the first time a manager personally took the time to apologize and offer something for my inconvenience. Tangie’s attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers really stood out.
It’s service like this that makes me want to return to Wendy’s again and again. Plus, the fact that I was able to reach the restaurant twice around 10 p.m.—and they close at midnight—shows just how attentive and responsive their team is. Outstanding customer service!

I was picking up a mobile order which included chili cheese fries. I was advised at the drive-thru pickup window that chili cheese fries were not available. Had she put 10% effort into offering something equitable I would have believed her that they were out of chili. As things stood, even if they had chili in house I just got the distinct impression I would still not be eating chili cheese fries that night.

Worst customer service ever! What is the point of a mobile order only to pull up to the drive through wait 30mins then be told to pull into the mobile order parking! What the hell was going on in the 30mins I was waiting!

I ordered my food online Dave burger combo and 10 piece nuggets by it self they gave me loaded fries with just cheese no nuggets . Unprofessional, don’t pay attention to nothing clearly if it was on yall screen and still checked the food and gave it to me knowing it was wrong. Never come to this Wendy’s
Smh I should’ve known the way the lady was being so nice & made sure to tell me I had ketchup in the bag… I had take out so I’m driving away I check my bag I see my items I start eating my fries… I got excited because they just switched the menus around! I was like yass fresh fries… now bite my burger and from just biting it the smell was awful! The meat was white.. I love Wendy’s I’m just disappointed
