I was picking up a mobile order which included chili cheese fries. I was advised at the drive-thru pickup window that chili cheese fries were not available. Had she put 10% effort into offering something equitable I would have believed her that they were out of chili. As things stood, even if they had chili in house I just got the distinct impression I would still not be eating chili cheese fries that night.

I ordered my food online Dave burger combo and 10 piece nuggets by it self they gave me loaded fries with just cheese no nuggets . Unprofessional, don’t pay attention to nothing clearly if it was on yall screen and still checked the food and gave it to me knowing it was wrong. Never come to this Wendy’s

Smh I should’ve known the way the lady was being so nice & made sure to tell me I had ketchup in the bag… I had take out so I’m driving away I check my bag I see my items I start eating my fries… I got excited because they just switched the menus around! I was like yass fresh fries… now bite my burger and from just biting it the smell was awful! The meat was white.. I love Wendy’s I’m just disappointed

You have a line of people in the drive through but you’re still serving cold food which means you cooked that food earlier and just let it sit.
This establishment is horrible and weird, The little girl at the window stuffed 2 separate meals in ONE bag on top of that shes a liar ! Literally argued me down about food i didn’t receive. Then some young man with dirty clothes and underwear walked up to the window not trying to resolve the issue but pipe it up more very sad and disgusting. Manager was insisting we had gotten food that we didn’t also they are too focused on time than taking care or customers this is why fast food isn’t the way to go anymore !

This Wendy's has a vanilla frosty with caramel over it. OMG I want one just thinking about it. It's on my way home from Emory Physical Therapy so it's how I reward myself for working on my knees post surgery. Highly recommend you try one.

I came to this Wendy’s at approximately 5:40 pm & I ordered a nugget meal with BBQ sauce & a strawberry lemonade with light ice with a large chili. I asked for my order to be fresh at the speaker twice & he never acknowledged. I then went up to the window to pay & expressed and asked again for my order to be fresh. He said he put it down as fresh. So I go down to the next window & the lady hands me the bags of food & is like have a good day & never gave me my drink so I sat there & then she gives me my drink without a straw & I then had to ask for a straw. It wasn’t until I got home for me to realize that what they gave me was absolutely unacceptable & not fresh at all. My nuggets were old & cold & my fries were old and cold and mixed with burnt fries.
I have provided pictures with my review things ridiculous. & even worse they didn’t give me a receipt.
They told me they were sold out of frosties lol
