I came to this Wendy’s at approximately 5:40 pm & I ordered a nugget meal with BBQ sauce & a strawberry lemonade with light ice with a large chili. I asked for my order to be fresh at the speaker twice & he never acknowledged. I then went up to the window to pay & expressed and asked again for my order to be fresh. He said he put it down as fresh. So I go down to the next window & the lady hands me the bags of food & is like have a good day & never gave me my drink so I sat there & then she gives me my drink without a straw & I then had to ask for a straw. It wasn’t until I got home for me to realize that what they gave me was absolutely unacceptable & not fresh at all. My nuggets were old & cold & my fries were old and cold and mixed with burnt fries.
I have provided pictures with my review things ridiculous. & even worse they didn’t give me a receipt.

Who ever was in drive through tonight was high unprofessional I told me I can’t eat spicy food under medical reason they still gave it to me I don’t no to after I bite it food was cold drink was fly this worst Wendy’s I went to the need stop let high people on drug service people food I want my money back on the morning I will be calling corporate

They took way too long to serve my order. There were about four employees in there, but three of them were just taking their time cleaning dishes and other things instead of the orders.

A sandwich is better than the wraps. The wraps have small blocks of chicken instead of sliced. The chicken kept falling out as I bit on the wrap. Not a good experience on wraps

The experience was awful they served me pink meat and my fries were cold ,, whoever was at the register was extremely rude and the manager santeice refused to give me a refund when asked and stormed away calling me out my name I was shocked there was also poop on the floor
If I can give a zero star I would. food and people are nasty all together , rotten meat , cross contamination , fish in the chicken grease.. just nasty people .. I won't eat here again

Never fails durning evening hours they purposely hold the drive thru line up for no reason. I have been in this line for over 30 minutes with no one at the windows to serve. This is unacceptable and I will no longer spend my money here! Management need to do something if they want to keep customers.
