The food was terrible. The chicken sandwich was like it was 2 days old and microwave heat up. The burgers had all wilted vegetable toppings. I will not be back to a Wendy's until they make a.bog change.

I got the spicy chicken sandwiches combos. I asked for fresh spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken had been sitting on the warmer. I will not be back to this location. The one on Jonesboro Road near Sam's Club is better and the employees provide excellent service.

I regret to inform you about the utterly disappointing experience my girlfriend had at your establishment recently. Not only were the fries served cold, but her burger lacked the sauce that was supposed to accompany it. Additionally, the absence of napkins in the bag was incredibly inconvenient.Moreover, the food she received not only left her feeling tired and unwell, but it was also so unsatisfactory that she couldn't even finish her meal. The bacon on her burger looked peculiar and unappetizing, while the burger itself was disappointingly bland. What's worse, the food seemed off and, to add to the discomfort, she experienced difficulties swallowing and repeatedly choked on it.This experience was far from acceptable. We expect a certain standard when dining out, and unfortunately, Wendy's failed to meet even the most basic expectations. We hope for a prompt resolution and improvements to prevent other customers from enduring such disappointing encounters in the future.

Today 1/9 everything was horrible. Old cold fries, over cooked nuggets... @2:40 pm. This location should be closed down. And I'm looking at so many horrible ratings. 3 meals were ordered all were a waste of money. Do better, but we won't be coming back. In this climate the last thing we should be doing is giving bad service and horrible food, that is way over priced as is.
I visited here to pick up a Grubhub order but ordered the $6 biggie bag for myself. I didn't have a problem with my food being old or cold and the manager who took my order was nice, guess I was a lucky 1/1000000

What a disappointment. $12 for a chicken sandwich that was beyond dry. Burnt bacon. And just plain mayo. Ladies was having a good talk about relatives and what she this and she that. Inside soda machine was empty of any diet anything but tea. And sitting down the sound just echos letting you know how empty this location is. And good luck looking out the windows. They stuck ads that you see through so it's just dismal inside. Just go down the road a few miles. The Wendy's there are happy to see you and the food is better.
