Drive thru person was rude, from taking the order to shoving the drinks in my hands when we got to the window. Was told to move forward and wait, the order will be brought out, turned and left the window before I could for a straw for the drinks (didn't even have them in the bags) Normaly Wendy's is great customer service byt the last 2 times I've been to this location that wasn't the case. More than likely will bypass this location in the future, better service at the McDonald's up the road, and that is usually not the case!

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with fries, fish fried to death fries hard as heck and I asked for ketchup naw ketchup really no ketchup!!!! Donât go here ever the service is not even rated and they had the nerve to have a make over, their establishment is garbage. Donât eat garbage. The truth. I recommend nothing from here keep driving by!!!â After reading all the reviews this place should be closed down!!!!!!!

Theses have to be some of the laziest people ever. I placed an order for dinner tonight only to receive food from the lunch rush. The fries were absolutely terrible like they dropped them again to warm them up and burnt them. I ordered saucy nuggs got regular nuggets instead. They made the correction but the nuggets are worse than the fries. They are ultra dry and tasted cold in the middle. Stay away from thus restaurant. They will poison or kill you with their ill prepared food. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!

There is a smell when you walk in that smells like a DIRTY STANK house carpet. I stood @ the counter while the employees were gossiping like they didn't even see me standing there waiting. I ordered the fish sandwich that had no fish inside just fried HARD to death batter from the fish patty.

I came to this location after 8pm. Went inside as instructed (although the drive through was completely empty). When I came inside it took the staff over 5 minutes to acknowledge me despite several making direct eye contact with me as I came inside. There were 2 other people in the lobby as well. They were also told to come inside. I saw 5 cars come & go in the drive through before I got my order.....it was a biggie bag, and they gave me a half melted frosty they claim the made when I walked in the lobby
Manager and workers are pretty friendly food is pretty good too

The workers were racist Iâm white and all of the workers I saw were black which is weird if youâre not biased, anyway. I pull up to the drive through and ask for my doordashes food, the lady says âyou have to come insideâ which makes no sense in the first place but, might be a policy, although, all other fast food places donât do that?! and so I say, âokayâ In a sad and confused tone. I drive around the Wendyâs to park and the drive thru lady and the other black worker inside is giving me dirty looks as Im looking inside the store. I walk inside and the drive through lady is telling me to call the customer and tell her that Wendyâs is out of wraps, it turns out, in the middle of my call, the worker says they are NOT out of wraps after all!? THEY wasted mine and the customers time! my embarrassment was their twisted racist amusement (because I had to apologize and made the situation weird). This happened at around 9:30pm on February 7th. Very horrible experience. Donât come here!

Good was not fresh cheese was not melted on my burger the nuggets were not crispy it actually gave me a stomach ache and the drink machines drinks were disgusting the coke Dr Pepper and the Minute Maid all tasted like the machine needed cleaning. The customer service felt rushed and unwelcoming. I wish I could of been refunded

Hi just went to this location it says close at 12 even on the door went inside because the door was not lock the young lady said the dining area is close i let i her i getting it to go she than say we are close i was like how u are close and the door is not lock but the sign say close at 12
