I placed a mobile order and had to wait over 1hr to receive an order I placed 15 minutes BEFORE I got to the speaker to order. I was told there was a $150 order ahead of me so it didn't matter if I had a mobile order I would have to wait! Unacceptable! Just horrible service!

They say the dining room is open at 6:30. At 8:45, the doors are still locked. I called and asked when the dining room opened. The lady said they are short staffed, so they won't be opening until 9:45. When the lunch personnel come in. Short staffed or not, your doors should still be open for customers.

I LOVE ❤️ Wendy's fries. Queso fries were displayed on the screen. I was told they have been discontinued. So I ordered a large fry. They DON'T have ketchup....😮

Blessings to all ! They only got one star, due to I had to select one. Their customer service is terrible. The Folks that are going to run the drive thru and the front counter, They should have better people skills. I’ve done those jobs and customer service is the moment you walk out the door to start ur day . Simple as opening a door for someone. Act of kindness. However I still smiled. This is ridiculous that you gotta go pay for somebody to be rude to you I pray For every single person up in that establishment because they are really going through something.
