Lunch crew need to learn how to talk to people with more respect - why am i pulling up on my lunch break - to wait 20 more minutes - breakfast staff are amazing but the midshift and lunch crew 👎👎

At Drive thru at 11:20p, told they were having technical difficulties. However, when I pulled up there were two cars waiting at the window. Hmm! Likely just ready to go home long day?

I was sitting at the speaker for 8 minutes and told to wait because of a shift change. When I finally get my order took I pull around and I’m met with yelling in the background from a woman with orange hair who I guess was on the phone. I get my food and its cold so I go back around to the window and I ask for a manager and the woman with orange hair comes around the corner I asked if she was the manager and I’m immediately met with a attitude from the “manager”. I tell her my food was cold when I’ve been waiting 10+ minutes on food that i asked to be fresh , she then says she can make it over and told me to pull forward and I wait another 5 minutes for food that tasted like it’s been dropped in oil and given out. Very bad customer service from the so called manager and terrible food.

If entering from Jonesboro Road/Hwy 54 lanes are clearly marked on entering & exiting. Entering from Sam's club not sure who has the right away.

Man. The worst. I had to wait over 15 min to place my order. Then has to repeat the order thrice. THEN...they forgot an item. When I called back to speak to a manager the little guy told me they were understaffed I was so confused ans explained I counted atleast 8 people to which he told me no one knew their jobs. So annoying.

Stale food!!! The bread was old, meat is cold! Almost like they cooked it earlier in the day and it’s just been sitting in the warmer. Disgusting. For very slow service I thought we was getting fresh food. Nope not at all. Please do not eat here unless you have a strong gut because I promised you will feel sick to your stomach. I only took two bites and realize how sour things taste.
Everyone was helpful and nice. My only concern was that the young lady at the register came from outside and started taking my order and preparing my Frosty and handling my food without washing her hands.

I placed a mobile order and had to wait over 1hr to receive an order I placed 15 minutes BEFORE I got to the speaker to order. I was told there was a $150 order ahead of me so it didn't matter if I had a mobile order I would have to wait! Unacceptable! Just horrible service!
