Foods good but don’t order online or it will take more time then human evolution to revive your order and will watch about 4 ppl that came after you get their food first. Only reason i come back is bc food is pretty good. Without fail tho you will wait.

The manager and cashier working the late shift yesterday evening did a great job ensuring the food was safe for my girlfriend who has Celiac disease. My nibblerz were tasty, too, and the fries were piping hot :)

From out of town and purchased 65 chicken finger boxes. The staff were amazing. Very hospitable, attentive to details, went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly as I wanted! The manager and team here for lunch on 3/27/25 are appreciated!
The salads were great.
I just came here not to long ago and first they inside was locked but had the workers in there dining and eating. 2nd i asked for a zax salad and they said they not selling them for the rest of the night. Then they said it was a 3 minute wait but i had to wait a lil longer. Also i asked for no ice and still got ice in my cup.
Food good staff happy and enjoyable! A bit pricey. 18.00 for a salad and tea. While I was there the little girl training was having some issues getting orders right so I got to hear the manager working with her and let me tell you she was very patient and very nice to the young lady about the mess up I think she would have made a great manager in any store she was at
Worst Zaxbys ever! Food was supposed to be ready at 8:28, waited for 30 extra minutes! Asked the front cashier 2 twice was that my food and she looked lost! Then manager finally tells her that is my food I just pointed out 15mins ago! Food is cold and no customers service at all!!
