Had an amazing experience at Zaxby’s today thanks to Ella! She was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit so enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, but Ella’s awesome service really made it stand out. Definitely coming back shoutout to Ella for making our day!

Edit came today and someone slit holes in my sauces. I probably shouldn't have ate the food just in case it was any malice. The women outside taking orders was absolutely amazing and had great customer service. I didn't come back for new sauce in case it was on purpose, didn't want to get the same experience.

Me and my family came in to eat first of all it is literally freezing in the store sent welcoming. The cashier acted as though we was bothering her while placing the order. We spent $46 dollars just to be told i have to pay extra for a bbq sauce. the manager didn’t respond with any concerns. i’m tired of supporting businesses that don’t value me and my family. i will never return!

Tried to place a ordet was told I needed to place it with person under the tent but the person under the tent was too caught up in their cell phone to take orders. I asked to speak with a manager but was told the manager was too busy and couldn't talk. Had to find somewhere else to eat. I love zaxbys so that sucks. If you like zaxby's as much as I do I would advise finding a different location. This one might change your mind on the restaurant.

Drove through the drive through only to be told to circle back around for the tent. They were not able to place orders at the window. The girl that was supposed to be working the tent was the only one who take take orders. That sounds like BS to me. The girl at the window was not even paying attention to the cars coming around. I asked for the mgr and they sd they were doing an interview and wasn't available. I decided to go somewhere else. When I drove around to leave and the tent girl still wasn't paying attention. I won't be going back.

Let’s start with it’s a whole manager in the window and the line still not moving. It’s like they taking 1 order at a time just to keep the time down. It’s a heavy set manager with glasses with a mean attitude. I had a doordash to pick up she parks me mind you is after 11 from my understanding doordash is suppose to be ready. Also why are you parking cars this late when your drive thru not even moving. Everytime I come up here she has a mean attitude. They need to do better especially hiring managers. She even talks to employees crazy as well. I think they said her name is Casandra.

Ordered the Zensation salad from Zaxby’s via Uber Eats and was super disappointed. It was basically a mountain of lettuce with literally ONE chicken tender chopped on top. For the price, I expected a full, balanced salad — not mostly greens with barely any protein. Definitely not worth it.

Why is someone outside taking orders but they don't automatically offer a menu like you just know off hand their menu? Why are there no prices on the menu they hand you? They stand soooo far back from the big menu with the prices even though there isn't a line. It feels very scammy. How is that amount of fried pickles $5.99? Corporate yall playing games smh never again 😒

I'm waiting at the drive through menu for 5 minutes, there are cars behind me. No one answers at the menu. There is a sign above the menu that says to pull forward if you have difficulty ordering so I pull forward to the window. The lady tells me a price and I say that I actually need to order because no one was responding at the menu. She tells me to pull back around and she will take my order. I ask if I could just place the order since that would put me behind all the cars I was supposed to be in front of. She gets the manager(saturday night shift 6/7/25) who comes and ask me what I need, and I explain the same thing. She says they can't keep the people behind me waiting and I ask, what about all the time I have waited now with no service. She gets nasty and ask me what do I want to order. Before I could even get the word salad out of my mouth good, she snaps and says they don't have salads anymore. I just said thank you and drove off. I knew that they weren't going to have anything that wanted because they didn't want to serve me. As a manager, one should know how to resolve a situation as this when they are the cause for the inconvenience. If you're busy let the person know you're there abs just need a few more moments. Don't just say nothing then get upset when someone pulls to the window, for all I know the speaker could have been inoperable. They could have taken my order and I could have waited on my food in a parking space as is commonly what I have to do at this location anyway. Poor service, poor leadership and sky high prices. A Zaxby's that doesn't have salads anymore, imagine that...
