Today is Sunday and your drive thru employee has a nasty attitude. You guys only have dr.pepper and fanta. And told me I had to drive around in order to cha ge my drink on top of telling me to pull up when I asked for a sauce. I frequent this location several times a week and the behavior today was disappointing.

My order is wrong 60% of the time and the proportions suck. I got a large fry in the black box and a small fry with a meal. When I opened the boxes, they had the same amount of fries in both boxes. I might start going to Cook Out because this is sad.

Ordered Uber from here. While dropping off my food I heard the uber driver talking on the phone saying “yea girl they was laughing saying they spit all over his food “.

This location is one of the best in Georgia! Always extremely clean, great service and the food is on point! The supervisor, Tavon and his staff are always on top of their game and deliver wonderful service to their customers. I highly recommend giving them a visit!

It’s always something at this location ! Last time I came they gave me a salad that had the soggiest lettuce I couldn’t eat it. This time I come, mind you there’s NO SIGN stating that they’ve went cashless on the15th. One of the employees lied to their manager Myrcle saying she let me know this at the window which she DID NOT and instead of giving me my food because of their mistake Myrcle simply said there’s nothing we can do and sent me on my way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

Visited this location on Friday, October 10, 2025.

I was greeted with a person placing orders outside, they’ve had this going on for months.

I placed my order and thought the price was more than it should have been, but the location recently increased prices.

I get ready to pay cash and was told they were only accepting card payments.

I asked if I could pay cash inside and was told no and was met with an attitude by the young lady placing my order.

Amazing customer service. I wonder if there’s new management because it use to be super messy here and rude employees but now it’s so clean and the employees are very professional.10/10 other than the fact that we wanted to pay in cash and they told us yall had went cashless.
