Applebee's Grill + Bar

This was not my first time going to Applebee's, yesterday around 2 o clock I decided to take my fiance to dinner. The atmosphere was decent the customer service was great and the food is worth the money I have no complaints. I dont remember my servers name but if It was up to me she would get a raise. My fiance and I tried some of the newer items on the menu and we enjoyed the food as well as our time together 10/10 for me! The food was so good I dont think I was able to capture anymore pics after the appetizer came!

Let me teeeeeellllll you...the only advice and words I have to honestly advise; treat every customer, compose every dish as if a food critic were in your presence.

Awesome

I hadn’t been to Applebee’s in a long time, but I recently went with my mother-in-law—and we ended up having a really fun time. The atmosphere was surprisingly pleasant: not too loud, perfect for conversation and catching up with friends. They even had trivia on the screens for the trivia lovers, plus a great bar and a solid menu. It’s also still a nice spot to bring your little ones. I highly recommend it and the service is excellent.

If you go, I highly recommend the Trio—boneless wings, pickle fries, and the taco wontons.

Understaffed, and I feel bad for them because of that. The food was good but I did not care much for the chicken sandwich, the chicken texture was odd to me. The waiters were all very very nice and honest about the seating troubles due to understaffing. Bathrooms were in poor condition when we were there. I put most of the blame on understaffing and not on the staff themselves.

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life food was purposefully held in kitchen longer we sat for hours. My family dined in. We arrived. Was not busy.

This has to be the slowest and rudest Applebee's I have ever been too. Waited over 30 minutes on a online order I placed before leaving my house. I called when I pulled in to pick it up and waited 30 more minutes and ended up having to go inside to get my own food and still wasn't ready. Then the food was I received was cold and tasted awful. Needless to say I will never visit this location again. It isn't the 1st time I have had terrible service or food from this place.

The ribs were good, fries were cold and the service is bad. Had to wait over ten minutes before someone came to seat me, plus slow getting the food out.

Moultrie,Ga. Regina was totally awesome tonight!! It sucked that she had to leave the bar so much and tend to tables. She has the potential to be an excellent mixologist!! Her attention to detail was well noticed.

P.S. (Owner) Your responses seems A.I. generated. I give five stars to the bartender, Regina. The chef and the steak was subpar.

I always have a great experience at this Applebee's. The food has always been good. Our server Mercedes; was a wonderful help and had a perfect balance of table awareness. Will definitely recommend visiting.
