Went around 4:30pm for the 2-5 special on desserts. Milkshakes were fresh and cookies were warm and gooey. Peach lemonade was great. Order was accurate and on time. Cashier lady was kind.

I had not been to this location. Googled it, which suggested I add their app. Could not use the coupon for a free sandwich because I did not place my order online and could not go into the building instead of the drive-through due to recent knee replacement surgery.This was my first fast food since a year ago. I ordered my old usual - roast beef with cheese sandwich and honey mustard sauce, curly fries, and a Jamocha shake.The last Arby's I tried was in 2018 or 2019, or maybe earlier. I was very disappointed. The sandwich size had shrunk and it was tasteless, as were the fries and even the shake.The sandwich from Arby's in Moultrie was larger than it ever was and delicious. The fries and shake were average. But, overall, I was hugely pleased.Figuring out how to enter the drive-thru was very challenging. The car in front of me came from some strange direction also.

Sign outside advertises the fish sandwich two for $6 special. Have stopped by twice to be told they are having supply channel problems (their description) and don't have fish. Recommend they change sign until they get the product. Update: on 12 Feb 2024, I got a message from the owner to this review asking me to follow a link to provide them more information. The link said the page was not available.

Food was awful. They needed to change out the grease for sure. I like Arby's and this was the worst Arby's I have ever been to. I travel all the time so that's saying alot.

Inside was shut hour or so early just for them to mop floors... When got food it was cold ... Needs to make sure food is hit when they send it out the window we don't care to pay for cold food if I had wanted cold I would.had went to Subway!

Used the drive thru on my lunch break. Ordered a beef and cheddar combo and a chicken bacon Swiss combo. Both sandwiches were cold! We took it back inside the lobby for refund and the manager, Anna, said they do not offer refunds only different sandwiches. I didn’t have time to wait for more food on my one hour break and definitely didn’t want another nasty and cold one! Will NOT be using this location any longer. Definitely need to do better in ALL aspects.. starting with customer service!
