This restaurant must be running out of food or workers or something. The food was unseasoned and tasted like it was cooked for diabetics. They take forever to cook and give the food. We decided to stop because I was craving a good pulled pork sandwich. Too bad I was really hungry. My husband, kids, and I had over an hour wait for some bland tasting food. All we got were chopped bbq sandwiches. We should've known it wasn't going to be great when there wasn't a piece of smoke coming from the smoke stack. I don't recommend this as a place to get food.
Still the best BBQ in the region. I miss Ruth Hall but she taught Billy well. Great to see you all again. The chicken is the best and I always get my fries cooked extra-crispy (the JMHall way!).
Staff help create a cosey atmosphere to go with the fine southern cooking.
Vegetarian options: There is not much as far a vegetarian options go. Would be a meal of sides.

Really disappointed with this dining experience. We stopped in for lunch and ordered about as simple as a meal as you can get at a BBQ restaurant. Our food was slow in getting out, but I can accept that because it was hot. I admit we got the “regular” size sandwich, but good grief it was barely more than a slider. The sandwich, fries and the Mac and cheese were all hot. The meat (pork) was nothing more than what you would get at Arby’s on a small roast beef sandwich. In fact, it could have been an Arby’s sandwich. The Mac and cheese was just plain awful. Forget about being freshly made. It would have been an upgrade if they had just went to a Walmart deli and bought some and resold it here. I’m not sure how you make Mac and cheese that bad. The fries were good, but after getting a small amount of ketchup the bottle was empty. We try to patronize small local businesses when we can, and generally encourage that, but in this case I’d recommend you go somewhere else for your BBQ fix.

the last time I went there was around Christmas the food was so burnt you couldn't eat it and the staff was playing around and goffing off to you could d it get anyone's attention the for got one of our teas I won't waste my money there anymore

After a long day at work, I was driving through Moultrie, looking for a place to eat. I saw the restaurant as I was passing it and drove around the block to get back to it. Very hospitable waitress! She helped me figure out what to order in their large menu. I ended up ordering the Combination Plate with Beef, Pork, Ribs, and Chicken. I substituted the Smoked Turkey for the Ribs. Food was prepared as requested. I had two baked potatoes for my side items. It took a few minutes to come out, but it was a large amount of food to prepare. Food was delicious! I would highly recommend this location!
